"Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty), mirrors were uncleaned with toothpaste splatters, Towels were rags, one had yellow and another had red stains. Zero soundproofing and noises from people arriving past midnight echo loudly and can clearly hear plates and cutlery clanking early am. Cartagena is small and a taxi to Bocagrande is only 20 minutes with proper international chains with proper soundproofing, great hot water and pressure at the same price point. Don't repeat my mistake! "
