「this studio was exactly what we needed! we were visiting relatives for a couple of weeks and needed a convenient place to crash for an excellent price. there's plenty of cheerful light from the windows, and we were grateful for the washer/dryer access for laundry (free!), and the parking space out front. 「A hidden gem just outside of downtown Los Gatos. The property is beautifully manicured, the house is immaculate, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. 「Good value for the location, in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable enough for a short term stay but during my long term stay there were a few minor issues that made it less comfortable. As the listing mentioned, the unit is not completely isolated from the rest of the house so the sound will travel, but all was usually quiet enough. 」

「check in with the mandatory LATCH app was a nightmare. Finally got another guest/tenant to help. They said you must use the DOOR app. So after downloading the door app all worked ok. Every door in building is loc ked and will lock behind you. I was locked in the stairwell for 20 min till somebody finally heard me(this was all 1st day ) The place is as described-very nice. Great location and fair price. Extremely clean. BUT the locks!!!!!!!」
