True home away from home in Santa Clara
It was an extremely smooth process right from booking to actual stay. The host was very prompt in responding to all our needs including an early checkin and late checkout. Tunan said this was her first experience of renting out a property on Vrbo and we happened to be the first guests. The property is very well located in a peaceful and posh neighbourhood with lot of space for leisure and good rest with family as it turned out to be a true home away from home for us. Being the first guests and being a renovated property there were a few issues but all were attended to very quickly by Tunan who made us feel very comfortable. She turned up to attend to our needs (self and wife both above 55) very promptly. The gazebo structure and open backyard was indeed an added attraction for inviting guests and having get togethers. With ample space within and outside the property, the place was also very close to many shopping centres and restaurants, gas stations and pharmacies as well as convenience stores and parks for morning walks. Our experience has been fantastic and thanks to Tunan we had a great stay.
