There were stains all over the rugs and mattresses, the furniture was worn, there was no amenities in the kitchen- the house was freezing when we got there and the host was entirely unresponsive (except to say that he’ll get back to us). We left after 30m, didn’t stay a single night of the 3 we had booked. We told the host we were leaving but neither VRBO or our messages were responded to by the owner. Awful...
