Set along the scenic River Dão, this beautifully crafted mansion in Treixedo offers a peaceful retreat in Portugal’s lush Centro Region. With warm wooden touches and classic architectural charm, the home features spacious interiors, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and large garden doors opening to a private terrace and garden. Surrounded by olive trees and the sound of flowing water, it’s the perfect setting for those seeking tranquillity and natural beauty. The private outdoor spaces, complete with sun loungers and a barbecue, invite you to relax and enjoy panoramic valley views.

Nature and Culture in Portugal
This mansion’s location provides easy access to both serene nature and cultural landmarks. Just steps from a quiet river beach, you can swim, paddle, or enjoy a riverside picnic. The nearby Ecopista do Dão, a 49 km cycling and walking trail built on a former railway line, is a must for nature enthusiasts. Only a short drive away, the town of Viseu offers a charming historic center, vibrant markets, and the beautiful Cathedral of Viseu. Wine lovers can explore the renowned Dão wine region, where vineyards and tasting rooms dot the countryside.
