We were excited to stay here based on the reviews and pictures. Unfortunately, our stay was the most disappointing of our two week road trip on which we stayed at five different hotels and motels. When we arrived the music was so loud the folks working at the check-in desk had to shout. They told us there would be live music until 9pm. there was a strangely rowdy vibe in the lobby, but we went up to our room. Once we arrived we found we had been given a single king room instead of the room for 4 that we had booked. When we let the front desk know, they offered us a room with two queens, but it was next door to the "birthday girl" for the rowdy party in the lobby and overlooked the very loud party in the courtyard. With two kids we were not able to take this room because we knew how loud it would be all night. We went back to the king room and asked them to make up the hide-a-bed in the couch, which they politely agreed to. After dinner out we came back and our bed was not made even though it was bedtime for the kids. When we asked the front desk about it a different employee told us we had to do it ourselves and was honestly really rude about it. There was not bedding provided except a single sheet and very disgusting duvet insert. We had to ask for bedding three times and eventually received two shower curtains, two actual curtains, and a blanket. Then after another trip to the front desk we managed to get pillows. The hide-a-bed was ancient and had a thick bar in the middle
