Terrific ocean views

Outstanding patio and balcony enjoyment with a nice floor plan and very clean. Lucky enough to see dolphins and humback wales from the property. Everything needed for short or longer stay.

This was a great spot! Nestled between East Cliff & Pleasure Point this cozy cottage had great views of the beach. Grab your chairs and relax at the beach at the end of the street. 2 parking spots, private outdoor space and a wonderful hot tub to watch the sunset. We enjoyed taking the Roaring Camp train down to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk later returning to bbq in the outdoor kitchen. Great stay!

Beachside Dream House

We had an amazing long weekend at this property! The private driveway with two parking spots made coming and going from the house stress free and convenient. The location of the house is phenomenal. It is three houses down from a gorgeous beach, and you have the option to climb down a few rocks to access the beach or walk one street over and utilize the stairs. My wife, 6 year old daughter, and I found both options to be easy, even when carrying chairs and beach toys. The house itself was perfect. Two comfortable bedrooms downstairs with en suite restrooms and showers, and a gorgeous kitchen and living room upstairs. The upstairs deck has beautiful ocean views on two sides of the house, and depending on the time of day you can pick sun or shadow, depending on what side you relax on. The downstairs deck had an incredible outdoor barbecue and sink, and a hot tub with views of the ocean. There was also an outdoor shower with warm water, which made using the hot tub even easier. We loved it, and definitely hope to come back.
