A lovely home in a perfect locations!

We came to Santa Cruz for a family wedding. We love the Seabright area and found this gem. The home has three nice bedrooms, a nice dining and living area and a super cute courtyard for parking. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless. We will stay here again!!!

Perfect beach house

We had a fantastic time at this idyllic beach house - exactly as I envisioned a bright charming beach house to be. Easy walking to the beach and to the boardwalk, and an easy walk to other cafes and restaurants. There is a designated parking spot behind the house in a gated alley, so finding a spot on the street is not an issue. All in all the perfect place to stay for our trip.

Clean and perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood

Spent the week in Santa Cruz with my husband and 4 boys. This house was super clean comfortable beds and great location. We were able to walk to the beach! Would stay here again.

Great location!

Perfect location between Seabright Beach and Boardwalk. The kids loved the beach during the day and riding the rides at the Boardwalk in the evening. Home was very well equipped and clean. We would stay again.

Lovely house in a perfect location

We (me, wife, daugher) stayed here while visiting our newborn grandson. We did not need a place right on the beach. This is the next best thing, a perfect spot just a few steps from the beach. The house is in great shape and the amenities are good. We had a little confusion about which driveway to use. It's the one on the cliff/beach side of the houseWe had two cars, so parked one on the street. Parking spots were generally available except for a couple time when I had to park on the street behind the house. Not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!.

Location, location, location

This property is CLEAN, cute and ideally located to enjoy the boardwalk and beach. While the bedrooms and bathrooms are an adequate size, the common living area is small. I'd like to help them rearrange the living room furniture for comfort and to better accommodate 6 people...

Santa Cruz

The location of this property was perfect, it’s a short walk to the beach and the Boardwalk. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues that I wouldn’t expect to find in a rental at this price - a shower that leaks, a cracked toilet seat and a microwave handle that was about to fall off. We managed to work around these problems and enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, cute, beach accessible, check in and out inconvenient.

This house was adorable, perfect beach and boardwalk access, clean, and comfy. Paid for 3 days. but with a very late 'check in' and early 'check out' there was no time to enjoy the house on those days. House cleaning did not inventory well, I had to send a follow up email. Over-all great memories were made with a comfortable stay.

Beautiful house, perfect location

Our family (2 adults, 3 kids ages 0, 3 and 6 and a grandma) LOVED this house. It was clean, well maintained (recently updated, it seemed) and the location was perfect. Super close to Seabright beach and less than a 10 min walk to the Boardwalk. Easy drive to everywhere else we wanted to be. The agency that manages this property was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions about how to work the heater properly (I'd suggest a printout of the operating instructions for the house manual). We've stayed in four properties in Santa Cruz over the past 3 years and this is the only one that we are eager to stay in again!

Great Location - Beach and Boardwalk

The location was ideal, walking distance to both the nearby beach and the boardwalk as well as restaurants. We stayed with our family of four (2 yo and 5 yo) and they had a great time. The house is cozy/compact (as are most of the houses in this area), but it has all you need for a fun family vacation. I especially appreciated the easy access to laundry in the back entryway and the equipped kitchen that had things like coffee, olive oil and basic spices provided. We were able to walk to the boardwalk (across the pedestrian bridge) and Seabright beach is even closer. The large decks are very nice for relaxing, and my kids enjoyed the smart tv in the living room when they needed a little down time. Everything is very clean and up to date. My only suggestion to the hosts would be some sort of light blocking curtains…. The windows all have blinds for privacy, but the bedrooms are very light as soon as the sun comes up and before it goes down (this probably only impacts people with small kids, and during the summer months). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to any friends looking for a convenient Santa Cruz location! The host was very easy to communicate with as well and super prompt with all of her responses. Thanks so much!

Beautiful location and cozy home

We loved the set-up of this home for our family of 5. We considered having my in-laws stay with us, and there would have been plenty of room for them, as well. Very comfortable, cozy home with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The communication from the owners/managers was great, as well. Super easy! We'll be back!
