「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. You can walk along the cliffs or down onto the wharf and enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer as a beach town. They have updated the property so it has a retro modern feeling, which is done well and cute.」
