"The breakfast was decent, but I chose this hotel because it presents itself as family-friendly and it lacked some basic things.**There were no high chairs for babies in the breakfast area, even though many families were staying there and all the babies had to sit on their parents’ laps. Also, I didn’t agree with the extra parking fee. In a place like Santa Cruz where parking is limited, it feels unnecessary to charge guests for parking when the hotel already has its own spaces. It would make more sense to include it in the room rate."

"A hidden gem in Santa Cruz, shh don’t tell anyone! Darling College didn’t help me check in, parking was super easy and you’re directly across the street from the ocean. What more does a girl want?"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff members were all very polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only thing I would suggest reconsidering is the check-in time. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, which makes the stay feel a bit short. An earlier check-in time would make the experience more comfortable for guests, especially for those arriving earlier in the day."
