「We loved the views of the lake and volcano, the food was great, the hiking trails were tons of fun, the dante waterfall was beautiful, and the staff were absolutely amazing! We loved Howard and our beautiful waitress with red hair! Also, don't let the shared bathrooms scare you away from the casona. It was an amazing room with the best view and toucans!」

「Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. 「We loved our stay at Hotel Poco a Poco! The location is perfect—close to town but still peaceful—and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our room was clean and cozy, and the restaurant served excellent meals. The only downside was that the pool and jacuzzi were under renovation during our visit, but everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommended for a Monteverde stay!」

「beautifully situated in Santa Elena. Entrance is in a busy area but the property is tucked into a dreamy rainforest with trails and beautiful outdoor features. Simple, elegant, meticulously maintained. Everyone was so gracious and welcoming! We LOVED our stay!」

「So very pleased with everything about our stay at Paradise Hot Springs. All of the staff was súper attentive and professional. The thermal pools were emptied and pressure cleaned every day (impressive), then obviously refilled. Everything was constantly being maintained and cleaned. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. The location was peaceful and quiet. Loved our time there. Highly recommend this stay. 」
