Your Perfect Santa Fe Stay - Spacious, Comfy, Design-forward

We absolutely loved our stay at this property for an extended mother-daughters weekend in Santa Fe. The bedrooms were quiet for sleeping, the mattresses and bed linens very comfortable, nice, on-theme, and some fun design touches throughout the property, a good amount of fenced yard for the dog, and conveniently located between Downtown and the Railyards District. Would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Just the Best

What a delightful little house! Awesome A/C, bedding, soap, etc. Great proximity to downtown and running path. And make sure to go to Counter Culture (1 block walk) for a delicious brunch and a mind-blowing cinnamon roll. Lived it!

Great house near railyard

Nice spot in a good location in Santa Fe, good space, as advertised and exactly what we needed. The skylights add a lot of light and it’s overall a comfortable spot.

What a great place.....

I hate to even share a good report on this home ....because you WILL want to stay here! Awesome home, priced well and location is in such a fun neighborhood. Walking distance to fun restaurants and shops. Lovely property manager. Have stayed at many homes in Santa Fe and you can bet this is at the top of my list for my next visit. Shhhh - don't tell everyone - just go and try it out for yourselves!

Great Comfortable Stay

This house was very clean, the pictures were accurate, and the decor was so cozy. The house was a great retreat for a few days while we explored Santa Fe. It had such a unique feel, with the adobe build, but also special touches throughout that made it feel less like a rental and more like a home. We worked from the space, including Zoom calls. As long as you're in the front of the house, near the router, the wifi was strong and very fast. Overall, would definitely recommend and would even stay here again.

It was a great place to be on the go! Parking / getting in and out was a little tricky when just. We had no communication with the manager except to say we left. We almost missed the binder with check out directions- but that was on us we were so busy.

Comfortable space to use as home away from home

Property is as advertised, almost. There is a step down into each bedroom, something easily overlooked, unless you have mobility issues. There is parking available but it is tight and difficult to get in and out of. And we had ants. Ants in the kitchen and one bathroom. The host responded quickly and offered to come address this. We found the spray, treated ourselves, and just tolerated it, keeping any food out of ants reach. The beds and linens were super comfortable---really what you need after a long day in Santa fe. Would recommend to friends but would mention parking and steps to them. We enjoyed sitting on the covered front porch in the rain and the natural light in the home. Overall, great experience!

We enjoyed the property - very relaxing to hang out inside on a hot day. Cute decor. Close walking distance to a few locations (counter culture is great) and a short drive downtown.

This is a very nicely furnished condo with nice linens and comfortable bedding. A good central location for exploring Sante Fe. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We spent a week at 815 Baca and had a wonderful time. We loved the neighborhood. It was easy to get to all the Santa Fe attractions as well as out of town, and there were several nice places to eat within walking distance. The property was quiet and private and just perfect for our needs with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. In all, I’d highly recommend this property. Amy

Adorable place

This was my first time in Santa Fe. This property was in a great location and close to the downtown area for shopping, restaurants, etc. Property was updated and loved the cozy feel and decor. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfy too! The main draw back was the tight parking space on the side of the property. TVs in each bedroom would be a plus but overall, it was a great place to stay and I’ll definitely be back!

Top notch

One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. The property was extremely clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and even seasonings! Located in a perfect location, less than a 10 minute drive from downtown shops, restaurants and supermarkets (rental car needed). I highly recommend this VRBO—I hope it’s available the next time I visit Santa Fe!

Perfect Place!

This place was perfect for my family. We were in town for a wedding and this casa was only 10 min from downtown and much more affordable than anything else we found. The bathroom sinks are a bit small but worked nicely for our trip. I would come back again!

Extremely warm and responsive contact person. The design of the interior is chic and functional. Unique touches, thoughtfully decorated and tastefully furnished. Great cookware. Nice to have the outdoor patio. Can hear traffic at times. Appreciated good wifi for some zoom meetings we needed to hold. Would recommend staying here!
