“We had a short trip to Tn and this home was close to friends. It was a charming house that was just perfect for what we needed. The owners were great to work with.”

“We received a heartfelt welcome from the host. Before we checked in Chanin the host was very helpful giving us great information about different types of activities like kayaking, tubing fishing.local restaurants, shops and even parking at Broadway in Nashville. She continued being available whenever we asked for something. Cabin was very clean, kitchen had everything you need, beds were the best we ever slept in. Jacuzzi was perfect after long day of activities. We enjoyed drinking morning……

“I stayed at a lot of rentals, and this is one of the best ones I've stayed at. Top 3 I can only image all of her properties are top-notch. Because the cabin was phenomenal. Also Chanin & Eric's communications, hospitality, and kindness was also phenomenal. One of the best experiences i've had renting a a house”

“Property was amazing, host was wonderful!!! Cabin was clean had everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a memorial service just a great place to get away, loved the location. If we're ever in the area again would love to comeback and stay.”

“My mom, sister and I go on a girls trip every year and have stayed in many places. This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The house was perfect for our needs and the host was fabulous to deal with. If we ever return this way, this will be where we stay! Thank you so much!”

“Seriously, a vacation for us is to relax, this was so layed back, screen porch for bugs, back deck for sitting, grill for cooking, a little old but still worked! Absolutely love that Darrel met us here when we arrived, the we know who we are talking to and they know who is renting the property. Would stay again!”

“Fantastic place. Very charming and good location would stay again.”

“This charming guest house was exactly what we needed for our getaway weekend! Each expectation was exceeded! Thank you so much and we look forward to visiting Columbia again soon!”

“2nd time to stay here coming back for Christmas”

“I highly recommend! This is a beautiful historic property. The house and property are exceptional. So beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Clean comfortable well maintained home. Host is exceptional, responds quickly. Great place to unplug, get away and relax. Our family stayed in the manor house and cabin, memories were made , totally enjoyed ourselves!”

“Our family had a great time. We would recommend this cottage to others and would stay again. Host answered quickly and handled any questions/concerns we had. Columbia is a great little town. Must go to hanks coffee shop. Fischers off road tours is also a must for the whole family. Fairytale petting zoo. We had a great time relaxing in the pool/hot tub. It’s such a treat you can also bring your fur babies. We anticipated having to buy shampoo/conditioner/body wash during our vacay grocery trip……

“Gardenia Suite is a great place for a weekend or an extended stay. In our case, it was a little home away from home for a GM internship (located near the plant). The room and bathroom are great. I think the only opportunity is to make the washer/dryer a stackable so the kitchenette could be a little more functional and elaborate. All in all, great value, great communication, and a great place to stay in a small gem called Spring Hill.”
