"Excellent location on the lake - just a short (steep) walk to the lake and plenty of restaurants and easily accessible from Rome. Nice large pool and well kept gardens made for a very relaxing stay. The garden and pool area get the sun the whole day. The pool and patio areas could do with more comfortable loungers and sufficient seating for the size of the property but the outside dining table was large enough for all 8 of us to eat together. Typically when we have hired a villa the pool has been cleaned during our stay but this was not the case and so the pool was quite murky at the end of the week. Whilst there is WiFi its reach does not extend much beyond the office and immediate lounge area, possibly due to the fabric of the building. So we ended up needing to purchase data. Overall a very nice stay in a spacious house with great outside areas and excellent location. "

"Francesco's property is in the middle of the old town and makes for a very picturesque location. The property has all you need (including air-conditioning for the hot summer months) and is within walking distance of the large supermarket, the beach, and several restaurants. The owner is very responsive and provided many tips and suggestions while we were there. Overall, an absolute must-visit!"
