Cottage "Clau de Sol", detached, surrounded by meadows and fields. 4 km from the centre of Ca'n Picafort, 8 km from the centre of Santa Margalida, 14.5 km from the centre of Alcudia, 4 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 10'000 m2, garden 2'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, orchard, swimming pool (6 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Can Picafort" 5 km, sandy beach "Ca'n Picafort" 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner has a dog.
"Clau de Sol", 5-room house 160 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living room with satellite TV, digital TV and fan. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and electric heater. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm). Bath/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Terrace 55 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. L12E8365
