Add, the Avila Beach area location is/was a perfect travel balance for our day trips to Santa Barbara and San Simeon, in addition to exploring the Pismo / Avila areas. “A cute little cottage. It was very comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen ( appliances). They allowed us to bring our two cats, which I was grateful for. “Place is lovely.communication was excellent and we really appreciated the flexibility when our day got derailed a bit.kitchen was well appointed. We cooked a simple pasta dinner and made coffee in the morning-thank you for that! We walked the vineyard, sat outside and chatted for hours on the comfortable living room furniture. Beds were very comfy with excellent sheets and pillows. Location was pretty far from town but we obviously knew that when we booked. Excellent stay overall. Will rebook in……

“We had a lovely stay at the Cozy Coop! We were in town for my daughter and her friends livestock show in Paso Robles so we were extremely busy and were only able to enjoy short periods of time here but the location is absolutely beautiful, the rental is extremely clean, cozy and cute! We loved the 90's chicken aesthetic feel. Super cozy! The chickens were so awesome and fancy! We have our own chickens at home so it felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. “I give this a 5 star because the hosts were amazing and very available for anything we needed. The location is great with a fun park across the street and a short walk to the beach. The couches were not that comfortable. The beds were very soft and comfortable. I do feel there should be attention to detail on some areas that were not that clean. The housekeeper needs to put in bit more elbow grease on areas of the kitchen and floors and outdoor furniture. But in all, it was a very pleasant……
