「It was a terrible experience. They are doing renovations so the place doesn’t even look like it’s open. We got our room keys but our room had no A/C. They switched our rooms but said the new room has no TV. Wow. Not to mention low water pressure. They offered us a discount so we took the new room. Another thing is that they had no bar or ice machine. You had to go to the front desk for ice. But another bad thing is that they only have one way to go to your room when you exit the elevator. 「The bed was extremely noisy—every time I moved or turned, it made loud sounds, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed and blew directly onto my lower back, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, even basic items like the orange juice at breakfast were extremely diluted and tasted like water. Overall, the experience was very poor and uncomfortable.」

「I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door...

「We come to Santa Maria often and try new hotels/motels in the area to see which offer the best value. We were pleasantly surprised with the room we received. Clean, neat, and everything worked. Housekeeping came daily, and the location was near so many things. There's even a nice Mexican restaurant right next to the motel.
