“I can not say enough great things about this house and Kandace! Lovely, quiet neighborhood and a great location for all we wanted to do on 30A. The golf cart is a wonderful addition and makes cruising to the beach and along 30A so easy and fun. The house was VERY well stocked. Good quality pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes, knives, etc. Much nicer than your typical VRBO rental and plenty of everything you need. All the beds/bedding were very comfortable. “Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!”

The bed is a Murphy bed (folds down from the wall) and that was not clearly stated in the listing. The mattress was okay, not great. They did accept our pet, and the unit was clean, and everything worked except the TV. There was a cable box in the room, but it did not have active service. With wifi is DSL, and very slow. We also had intermitent outages. They sent someone……
