Amazing location & Condo

Pinewood stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay. The only bad experience was that we were counting on a shuttle to get us back and forth and had planned our stay accordingly. We kept waiting and tried calling the company but they said it should come. We ended up taking quite a few Ubers back and forth which became expensive. When we did receive a text back we were told it was broke down and they didn’t have any recommendations or solutions for us. This was disappointing.

We loved it!

We loved the condo we stayed in, especially the room with 4 beds/ 2 bunkbeds. It was super clean and spacious and we loved the ease of getting to the beach. We will be back!

Quiet, off the beaten path, but easily accessible

Where to begin? 🤔 There is so much to say in appreciation of the property, the unit itself, and the owners/property management team for our stay at the Pinewood 30A. For the overall property itself: We loved the location and quiet solitude. This is just about 1.5 miles from the beach (make a left out of the complex, drive straight and you'll literally run into the public access entryway). It's tucked into the woods a bit, which allows you to be greeted by wildlife at certain times of the day (deer, frogs, etc.). Everything that we needed was wheelchair accessible, for those who may need that information in order to make a decision. Although we were bummed about not having access to the pools (weren't able to secure permitting from the county yet), we still enjoyed everything that was available to us. The unit itself was immaculate! Extremely clean. Decor was great! Not too tourist-y, but just enough to remind you "hey, you're within walking distance to the beach!" The beds are extremely comfy, and they offer multiple pillow types in the walk-in closets. Master bath includes a stand-in shower. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The kids loved the dual full-size/twin bunk beds (room easily sleeps 6 people comfortably). Master bedroom felt like a California king. It was huge. Lol The owners/property managers were amazing and responsive. Thank you so much for your kindness and local recommendations! (Make sure to use their app for all local info!!!) We enjoyed our stay!!
