Half Marathon with friends

My friends and I stayed here for the seaside half marathon and had a great time! Check in and out was so easy and the area was perfect.

Overall this was a pleasant stay, however, the property details that are listed are a bit misleading. First, it states that the condo is steps away from the beach. To me, the use of the word “steps” indicates closeness. From this unit, the beach is city blocks away. Also, the view of the beach in the pictures is a private beach that guests of Oceanside villas do not have access to. You have to go to a beach that is further away. With that said, the shuttle service was great and got us to and from the beach without any issues. The description indicates that this unit sleeps 8. If you had 8 people sleeping in this unit, you would be tripping over each other. My family of 4 slept comfortably, but during the daytime hours that we were in the condo, we were crammed in there. There was an issue with access to the pool, but the management company swiftly took care of it. All in all, it was a good stay, but the description of the property is not accurate.

very close to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. the staff (Mark) was on point. five stars all the way.....looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend!

Very good property but the distance from the beach was further than shown. The villas are less than half a mile or so from the beach but that beach is private property

Private Beach!

Clean overall. Plenty of beds. Kitchen had everything but did not have salt and pepper. And there was not extra toilet paper. Was a tight space for five people. We were bumping in to each other in the hall and kitchen. Was a short walk to the beach but was a private beach. Disappointing.

Our recent stay on 30A at Beachside Villas

Our condo was super small, unlike the pictures online. It was very pretty and looked new, but the floors had not been throughly cleaned and our clean feet kept getting dirty. So we were constantly sweeping the floors. Most of all the location wasn’t accurate compared to the pics on the advertisement. It wasn’t just steps away from the beach. It’s Bldg 12 which is the farthest distance compared with other buildings there. We could not see the ocean- disappointed greatly. We could only see a fence and grass. Problems with the fridge not cooling correctly but a repair was made during our stay.
