Such a cute condo! Already planning to book again for next August!

The condo was the perfect layout. We had everything we needed for 3 ladies on girls weekend trip. The room was clean, comfy and nicely decorated. The location is perfect with access to eating/drinking just outside the condo. Beach access was easy as well! Will stay again!!!

Perfect location with upscale decor.

Lovely unit with upscale amenities and decor, perfect walking distance to destination restaurants and beach. Private beach set up area was nice and the chairs were more affordable than the public section. No ocean view but the courtyard is not unattractive.

The location was perfect! Cute area, boutiques, food options, beach across the street. The condo itself left a lot to be desired. The pull out couch had no bedding available and was uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was so so. It felt a little dated and not clean. I would not come back to this particular unit but the area as a whole was great!

Excellent place but don’t count of watching any Netflix

I really like this place. Very convenient to everything I enjoy on 30A. It rained one day and wifey and I wanted to chill and watch some Netflix…both TVs in this unit would not even turn on!! Period! I’m not technically challenged so I don’t want to hear, “you don’t know how to use the remotes!”…none of these TV would power up. All I needed was a TV and a internet connection….couldn’t get it. They had 3 remotes in the den…THREE! Nothing would power up with any of the remotes. But the bed was comfortable and the hot water worked…

We loved our stay here. It was very clean and exactly as listed. The perfect proximity to the beach and great location in the middle of Santa Rosa! I would definitely recommend.

Very Dirty

This condo was very dirty. Not the cleaning crews fault-just extremely run down and unkept. The entire building had a bad smell. Do not stay here! The pull out sofa sleeper was horrible-can feel all of the springs. One sheet to cover up under. The bathtub was stained and tile was dirty and gross. The floors turned our socks and feet black. Vacasa was wonderful and relocated us immediately to a wonderful rental less than a mile away.

Good vacation

The code didn't work when we got there so we had to call and they said it was because maintenance had been working on the rooms. They gave me a new code so that was good. It made me nervous at first like oh gosh what's going to go wrong. We absolutely loved the area we stayed in. The condo we stayed in was nice but the bed could've been a little nicer. It is hard and seems like it's going to fall apart or maybe just sounds like that when you may down a certain way other than that it was wonderful. We had a great trip.

What a wonderful stay!

I come to Gulf Place on work 1-2 times per month and always stay at the Inn. This was the first time staying in this unit. I loved it! Plenty of space, clean, comfortable and well equipped with more than what I needed for my stay. I would definitely stay here again!
