The charming community of Seaside, including the famous 'Truman Show' home on 31 Natchez Street, is just six-and-a-half miles away. Dine at Old Florida Fish House just under ten miles from the condo. Grayton Beach State Park (which features the Underwater Museum of Art) is just over a five-mile drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location with upscale decor.

Lovely unit with upscale amenities and decor, perfect walking distance to destination restaurants and beach. Private beach set up area was nice and the chairs were more affordable than the public section. No ocean view but the courtyard is not unattractive.

Exactly as listed!

We loved our stay here. It was very clean and exactly as listed. The perfect proximity to the beach and great location in the middle of Santa Rosa! I would definitely recommend.

Very Dirty

This condo was very dirty. Not the cleaning crews fault-just extremely run down and unkept. The entire building had a bad smell. Do not stay here! The pull out sofa sleeper was horrible-can feel all of the springs. One sheet to cover up under. The bathtub was stained and tile was dirty and gross. The floors turned our socks and feet black. Vacasa was wonderful and relocated us immediately to a wonderful rental less than a mile away.

Wedding planning

Had an amazing stay, the location was unbelievable. Really didn't have to drive anywhere but to site see different areas. Great resturaunts and shops a few steps away. We did encounter a few minor issues. The iron was broken. A few of the towels were severely stained and a few of the dishes in the cabinets wasn't cleaned. Those were more of housekeeping issues than anything. Wish living room tv was bigger but hey I'm on vacation. Bed comfy and Overall cleanliness was good. Overall, I would rent this location again. Thank you and look forward to another stay here

Cut short

We only stayed 24 hours because we received a call the night we arrived that my mother-in-law had to have emergency surgery. She is 89 and lives alone in northern Virginia. We were so sad to leave! We definitely want to come back and stay again, hopefully much more than 24 hours!

Gulf Place is a wonderful place to stay!

We rented Gulf Place #4115453. The property was super nice-great pools, a lot of activities to keep you busy. Such a neat setup with the shops, coffee shop and restaurants right there under the condos. Loved the artist hub and huge grassy area for concerts and other activities. This unit was so close to the beach which we loved. Overall the condo was nice. However I would advise the owners to invest in a new sleeper sofa. Two suggestions for the kitchen would be to purchase a blender and to add a larger shelving unit in the closet for pantry items. We would definitely stay at Gulf Place in the future! Great Location-mediocre accommodations

The location was great-a quick walk to beach, but the actual accommodations were definitely not as advertised. One picture showed a bed and balcony with a gulf view. This unit faced the parking lot and was located over a busy coffee shop. The furnishings were cheap and worn. The futon was incredibly uncomfortable for the teenagers sleeping on it. We had very few towels, toilet paper, etc and were forced to supply our own. I would definitely not book this particular unit again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were a bit disappointed with the construction across the street. The new building has reduced the view of the gulf. In the past we enjoyed sitting on the deck, taking in the view, and sun bathing. This year we could not because of the noise, and the need to replace the rusted furniture. We appreciate the convenience of close proximity to the elevator and the washer/ dryer facilities. However, the unit is in need of updating, to some degree. The price is reasonable, and we appreciate that. The kitchen was not fully stocked. We made some small purchases of items we needed. This was not the case in the past. We did have ongoing issues with some sizable roaches through our stay, which was somewhat disappointing. So next winter when we return, we will be staying in another unit.
