Great Vacation!

This location cannot be beat. The 2 fridges were helpful for our big group. We could walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes. The house is a bit older but it was very clean. The management company was the best we have ever worked with. Thanks guys!

Wheelchair accessible family vacay

Beautiful clean house. Close to the beach. We had wagons and rolled everything to the beach every morning. Pool is wonderful. Children thoroughly enjoyed. Plenty of places to gather and sit. Porch swings on both front and back porches. Quick response from host.

Family Vacation

The home was the right size for our blended family, every bedroom having their own bathroom was awesome. Loved having the pool at the house for the 9 & 6 year old.The AC wasn't working on the main floor but after communication with the manager?, we were able to change the batteries in the wall thermostat, and it worked. We utilized the large screened in porch in the evenings for card games, etc. The beach was awesome!

We rented Lakewood for a few days in July. The house was large enough for our family, the fully stocked kitchen was great on those nights cooking in, it also has a private pool, plenty of parking spaces and so close to the beach access. We loved it and cant wait to stay here again!

Enjoyable vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We have stayed here several times but now the management has changed. They were great! They walked us through all the updates and were already well versed on the homes details. We had a small issues with hot water and the staff took care of it right away.

Nice home

We booked this home previous to the new management, we were contacted and everything was explained to us. When we got to the home we were not disappointed. This home is well appointed, they literally thought of everything. We will return!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. Plenty of room. Amenities said there were many spices, so we didn't bring any. The only thing was salt and pepper so had to go and buy spices. They said there was a hair dryer so no one brought one and there was none. Was not great for family pictures with no hair dryer. Plenty of bathrooms but one of them was broke in master bath. Called on Sunday but was not fixed till Wednesday. Air conditioner got clogged, called on Wednesday and they replied back immediately and was fixed same day. The property management company was very nice and took care of us. The maintenance guys who came for bathroom and air were all very nice. Not sure if the house was thoroughly cleaned, but it was ok. We wiped down everything after we entered on Saturday. All in all we had a great time and loved the house. The beach was a short distance. We would definitely recommend it for renting.
