My husband and I booked a quick getaway, and this condo was perfect!! Wonderful communication and easy check in and condo access. Amazing location right across from the beach, and close to several restaurant choices. Property was just as described, beautiful, super clean, and with a very comfortable bed! Loved every minute of my time at 30A!!

This property is on the end unit with 3 balconies. The views are gorgeous. Very clean and well stocked. I had a few questions and the host was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to add a long mirror behind a door or on a wall. Us ladies like to see how we look! The condo was lovely and I’d book again!

Great place to stay, very clean, well stocked, great location, host was great to communicate with our code didn’t work upon arrival she answered immediately and got us a new code working seconds. Only complaint I would have is the air units to the building are very noisy of a night time. They didn’t bother my husband but as a light sleeper they were a tad annoying most night , but over all we would stay here again

This is a great property with ocean views. Decorated very nice. Location is a 10. The only problem we had was VRBO did not send the code to get into property. Luckily the property host answered our call and promptly fixed the problem. Be better VRBO. With such a late check in at 4 pm this could have been a disastrous

The location of the unit was great. It was a nice size & very cute. The view was beautiful. We were a little disappointed with the communication. We weren’t told there was no unit number on the condo (we later found out it broke). We aimlessly wondered around in the dark trying to find it. We had no blankets, very little toilet paper and zero Kleenex. We had to run to Walmart. The TVs didn’t work either. It was a bit of an inconvenience but we still had a wonderful time.

We had a great view of the beach and water from our unit, and it was easy walking to restaurants and swimming pools.
