It was close to beautiful beach Check in was easy Bracelets present to get in and out to pool and beach Nice pools Master bedroom pillows and mattress so comfy Couch and chair old flat cushioned needs replacing Needs a deep clean like dust on floorboards and dried debris on cabinetry Second bedroom mattress needs replacing as well as pillows. Also if you are going to provide games, the game pieces weren’t in the boxes.

Great Family Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed this beach trip with our son and daughter-in-law and two little granddaughters. We had plenty of room and were super comfortable. The beach and pool were just outside, and the littles loved both! Under the building parking spot was a real plus in the heat. We love this place!

Dunes of Seagrove 106A

Great location, beautiful beach, great pool; however, very slim utensils in kitchen,constantly washing things to use, all glassware and breakable dishes, nothing child friendly, no extra blankets, none of the tvs worked except living room and it was not as advertised, not smart tv and if it was we were unable to use accounts because internet not hooked up, cell and internet service in unit is slow and spoty, need darker curtains in back 2 rooms as lights from hallways and outside are bright and never turn off, mold growing in back bathroom on floor and on ceiling, the unit was clean but not as clean as we would like.

Great Experience - No Cell & WiFi Poor

We had problems getting the code to the door. There’s no cell service, so you can’t text or call. You also can’t open up their welcome text with the door code, so make sure you screen shot your phone. You also can’t get the WiFi password either. The WiFi is not good either. My husband tried to do some work and couldn’t. Everything else was great!

Great location, in need of some TLC

Great location, spacious condo with big balcony overlooking pool. Kitchen was lacking from a utensil perspective. Only major drawbacks were 1. Check in is late - 4 but can be as late as 5 depending on housekeeping. That burns a whole day. Check out is also a bit early st 10. Cleanliness was lacking. I know quality control is hard with these cleaning companies but it wasn’t great.

Great Stay

We had a very enjoyable vacation. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. We loved the pool and being right on the beach. This is a very safe, family oriented area and we will be back.

Issues could have impacted our stay if not for property management company's exceptional service

We ran into several issues during our stay. Mostly because the condo does not seem to be well maintained and has bare minimum necessities, even though it looks great aesthetically. The property management company (Warren Rentals) responded quickly and thoroughly to items that needed attention. Had it not been for their responsiveness, I do feel that our stay would have been negatively impacted. I would probably not choose this condo again for a long visit, but I would definitely choose another property managed by the same company.

Great weekend trip!

We came for a long weekend stay with family and this place was perfect. We loved the big pool with lots of chairs. The beach was very easy and close to access! The condo was very clean and spacious! The location was great too, within 10min to Seaside and Alys Beach. Will definitely try to plan another trip here in the future!

Great location

Overall we really enjoyed the property and loved the location and view of the water from the large balcony. There are some basic amenities that we felt were missing that should be standard in a short-term rental (as we own one also). There are no hangers in master closet and I don't know anyone that travels with hangers, no hairdryer, & no broom. Pans and cooking utensils could stand to be replaced also. The glass coffee carafe was broken at the spout and also needs to be replaced.

Our week at the beach

We loved the location and decor. The bed set up was perfect for our group. The kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as other places we have stayed. There wasn’t a can opener and an electric kettle would have been useful, too. Skillets were in terrible condition and the only sharp knives were steak knives. Access to a broom, dustpan, and mop would have been helpful as the floors were dirty when we arrived. Pot holders would have been helpful as well. The sliding door in the master bedroom didn’t lock, so we went out and purchased a dowel and had it cut to size so that we would feel more secure in the first floor apartment.

Fall Break

Always pleased to stay at Dunes of Seagrove. The pool and the beach are always clean and in working order. Condo was pleasant and had a nice view of pool and beach.

Great beach location

The condo was a great location and beach service was good, even though we had to stand in line each morning for 30-45 minutes to secure the spot we wanted. We had paid in advance for the whole week a week before. The space was good and the balcony was very spacious overlooking the pools with a somewhat blocked view of the gulf. It’s not plush, but beds were comfortable, we had plenty of space fir 4 adults and 3 children, and we had everything we needed. We had one small maintenance need and he came quickly and took care of our need completely. We will definitely come back!

Family Vacay 2022

We have stayed in this unit two years in a row. We are very pleased for the most part with the room, grounds, pool and location. Out only problem with the room this year is that the floors had not been cleaned when we got there. Everything else was clean and tidy. We purchased a Swiffer at Walmart and did the floors our self before we unpacked anything. Others than that all tumbs up on this room.

Great vacation spot!

We came with two little kiddos and the convenience of our location to the beach was amazing. The pictures depict the property perfectly. Great view of the pool and ocean on the spacious porch. The pool was also such an amazing bonus to our stay!! Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful!!

The unit is absolutely gorgeous!! The view of the ocean was much better in person! Unit was very clean. I really liked the gated private entrance to the beach. Very family friendly property. It was nice that they included a few days worth of basics ( toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent...etc). I was worried being close to the pool area would be too loud but you can't even hear anything once in the unit. We would absolutely stay again!
