Gulf Place Cabanas 401- Beautiful Gulf Views

This 4th floor condo is an end unit with gorgeous views of the gulf. It is a 1 bedroom plus bunks with 1.5 baths. Perfect for a family, ! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine of the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The location is fabulous with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beach access is across the street and you can enjoy any of the 3 pools and hot tub that are available within Gulf Place.
Access to the white sand beaches and emerald gulf waters with Gulf Place Private beach access directly across the street or enjoy Cabanas community pool , perfect for a quick dip.

Gulf Place Cabanas are just steps away from a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, and the Artists colony to browse for that unique keepsake. The 'Lawn' offers live music concerts in the season, right at your back door. Live music can also be enjoyed at the corner restaurants! No need for a car during your vacation! Hwy 30A offers a scenic path covering it's 18.5 miles for walks, jogging, or biking. Great location

Love this location. Every restaurant was fabulous and close. Condo was cute. Beach access good. Need to fix elevator. Hot water heater is micro. Thank you we had a lovely time.

Great Location

Great location to the beach! Peaceful property with restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately the elevators were out of service which was inconvenient for the 4th floor regarding luggage… etc. thankfully we are in decent shape otherwise it would have ruined our trip. The room was a great size for a couple but if we had our teens it would have been very cramped. Overall the room needed a facelift with more in depth clean. It was very dusty! The location was perfect so it made up for the imperfections!

Spur of the moment

I booked my stay the day before my arrival. Great communication as I requested an earlier check in - quickly answered. Perfect location. You could park your car and literally walk to every type of restaurant imaginable. Walk to beach easily too! Very clean! The only criticism I can offer would be to upgrade the drapes in the bedroom. The mismatched sheers let in too much light and they are very dated.Looking.

2024 Memorial Day Getaway

Great trip. This condo at Gulf Place is probably one of the best to stay in. Balcony view of ocean is awesome. Next best thing to being on the beach. Condo was very clean, lots of towels, the host was very responsive. King mattress is very firm. If you prefer a soft mattress you may want to bring a foam mattress topper. Everything else was perfect!

Adequate unit

We felt that the unit was adequate for our needs but was in need of a thorough cleaning, especially the kitchen and the living room furniture. The cleaning fee was way too high for the condition of the unit upon arrival. While the beach access was close, the beach attendant was not when wanting to rent chairs and umbrella. Not enough space to park bikes. Overall, our stay was good aside from the issues mentioned.

October vacation

We had a fabulous time. Perfect location and weather. Cabana was perfect size for my husband and I. The only drawback was that the internet was going off and on on the 4th day there. We were in the middle of streaming a movie, and had to turn it off. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Will be back.

Everything was great. My only complaint would be the upkeep of the pool. For two days the pool water was so low that I did not want my kids in it and the umbrellas ended up in the pond multiple times a day - offering no shade options at all. Other than that, we loved it.

Great location with a nice view

The property was as described. It is our second time to stay at Gulf Place because we love the location. This was our first time in this condo, and the view was really nice from this condo. It was on the small side for 3 people, but I did like the bunk area and extra half bath. I also like that the bunk area was away from the outside door compared to the master bedroom. This was an older condo that could use a little updating. However, it was very clean considering the age of the condo, and even the carpet seemed cleaned which is amazing since this is a beach area. I did wish there was a washer and dryer in the condo, but I am sure they traded that off for the extra half bath. There is a laundry room at the facility, but we didn't use it. Overall, we were very, happy with our stay and appreciate the owners for letting us enjoy their place.

Spring Break

Stayed there for spring break with my teen son and daughter. Perfect location and unit. Nice views of the ocean and strip from the balcony. Proximity to restaurants and private access to the beach made everything easy. Great combination of family time, plus kids spending time with their friends that were also there on spring break.

Although the weather was cool for 1/2 our stay the beach days were great! Other days, great shopping nearby. Very close to the beach and several great restaurants! The ocean view was spectacular! Nice condo! (I’d do white curtains though - much brighter!)

Beautiful Gulf View

This wonderful condo was spotless and had a terrific view of the Gulf. It would be easy to hang out on the balcony all day. We were in walking distance of several restaurants and shops, but best of all, we were just across the road from the beach. The management was very responsive and keeps this condo in great shape.
