This home is close enough to town for walking and right across the street beach access. Was perfect and having a pool was great...loved the old world FL feel to this street and this little neighborhood where there are still some canopy trees.

Great Stay!

Great location with quick access to the beach and simple short walk to ceter of 30A. Had a nice quaint pool to change things up with cool underneath grilling, shaded patio area. House was just right for us 4 and would happily stay there again.

2 Days at the Beach

Amazing location! This cozy and well furnished cottage was perfect for our girls trip. They were very attentive to our needs and replied very quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this vacation rental. Did I mention amazing location? So close to the beach. So close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach too! We would definitely rent this property again! Loved it

Amazing location across the street from public beach access, down a private and shaded street. Docking a star because the house itself is a little funky. Was hard to cook there because we didn’t realize there were no basic cooking amenities like salt, pepper. Did not realize quite how many stairs there were, and all the interior doors are slatted and not remotely noise-blocking. Not conducive to life with a toddler. Pool was lovely and extremely warm!

location is everything

The location of this rental is ideal. You are right across the street and down the stairs from the beach. The home is located on a quiet street and close to Seaside and Publix. This a budget friendly home, it’s a bit cramped for more than two people but worked perfectly for my husband and I for our stay. Not a lot of room for luggage and clothes but we used the bunk beds for that. If you struggle in any way with stairs you might want to know that this unit requires you to go up and down stairs to get to the sleeping area and then another set to get to the living area. It also has stairs leading up and down to the beach access.

This was a huge disappointment.

We travel to this area every year and I have never been more disappointed in a home/rental experience. The location was great...otherwise we had quite a few problems. - some of which were never resolved. I should note - we are pretty easy to please. We rarely complain - but this experience was unacceptable for the area.

Lovely location / perfect for small families

Visited in mid August 2024. Wife + me + two kids. Location is awesome - seven minute walk to Seaside proper, two minutes to Seagrove Market Cafe, two minute drive to Publix. Just far enough to be quiet too. Definitely the older home on the block but that’s okay. Right across 30A from the beach, which was pretty much private for us. Home itself is a tad dated but chill. The private pool was clean and perfect for a dip after the beach, kids loved it. Nice to have a closed in porch to store beach gear. Oh, and it’s super shaded in the neighborhood which provides a nice respite when walking from the sun. The doors inside are slatted so not much sound proofing. The temperature on the top floor is about ten degrees warmer than the sleeping area. Had to work the system and crank the heat during sleep time so we didn’t freeze. Also - zero blankets in the house, bring some for a cozy night. Tons of A/V equipment that my millennial self could manage but may prove difficult for others - no cable BTW, but TV can access Netflix. All in all, it was a great time - would recommend to others and will consider staying again.

Inside clean, porch/pool area filthy

Inside was clean, outside porch and pool areas were filthy. We could not access the private pool area, the chairs and pool had not been cleaned since last season? The screened in porch area had not been cleaned, the grill had old crud from who knows when on it. There were two long stairways to climb to access the inside of the home, each with about 18 steps. One stairway on the outside (no protection from the weather and slick when it rained) to access the first inside level of the home. The inside stairway leading to the upstairs living area was very steep. This information needs to be listed in the description of the home. We picked this place to stay because of the private pool and screened porch area and we could make use of neither of them. Very disappointed and we would not have picked this place had we known this.
