Furnishings were all in good shape. The screened porch is terrific! Bikes being provided through Seaside Transit worked out well. Amenities were very nice. Placing a couple of large wall hooks in bedroom for hanging up items would be a good addition (no closet in downstairs bedroom). Would definitely choose this cottage again!

The cottage is comfortable and provided everything we needed. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, location was perfect! The cottage is a short walk to the beach and the town square. The property management company was communicative and wonderful. We enjoyed morning walks from Seaside to WaterColor (followed by delicious breakfast at nearby Black Bear cafe). The girls loved riding bikes and getting food at the many food trucks. It was a perfect blend of activity and lazy beach days. We had an unforgettable trip and are already talking about when we can come back.

This was our first time vacationing in Seaside, and we couldn’t have been happier. The house was the perfect size for our family of three. Our son loved the lofts and my wife and I really enjoyed the porch and the barbecue grill. Everything we needed for everyday use was there, and having a washer and drier was definitely a plus. The location relative to the beach and to the Seaside town center was perfect. Just a short walk or bike ride to both. It was also conveniently located just a short drive to the nearest Publix grocery to stock up on food and drinks for the week. Overall this was one of the best vacations our family has taken in a while, and we have Seaside, Savannah Cabana, and the Homeowners Collection to thank for that. We have plenty of great memories from our stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Two couples stayed here with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Fantastic location… 5 houses from the beach and far enough off 30A that you’re not bothered by traffic or noise. Walking, or biking, distance to great shops and restaurants. The house is well stocked with everything you’ll need, including beach stuff. We still rented the beach chair/umbrella set up that was offered (which was amazing). On street parking in front of the house was easy and convenient. Absolutely loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and enjoying a wicked Florida thunderstorm. We can’t say enough good things about this property. The management company was attentive, easy to contact and responded quickly to anything we needed. We’re West coast people… but we’re already planning our next trip back to Seaside and this property. Highly recommend!
