Fall break

We absolutely loved this unit and resort, steps away from the beach and loved that it came with chairs and an umbrella! Will be staying here again.

Great condo, great views, clean!

We have stayed at the Dunes of Seagrove a handful of times, and overall this is one of our favorite condo properties on 30A. The location is wonderful - close to Seaside and the Hub and Rosemary, but situated directly on the beach in a great stretch that has room to spread out and not a lot of steps! This condo specifically was just great - really roomy for a family of 4, and an absolutely wonderful view!! Everything was cleaned and well stocked. Absolutely no complaints.

I did not give it s 10 only because how crowded the beach was and how you have to listen to the gates to the pool slamming all day long. You need some type of slow closing hinges to keep them from making the slamming noise. It’s very annoying.

Needs TLC

The ice maker and cable didn’t work. The sliding door was very hard to open and close. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped for cooking. Old range/oven. Had to turn water on in order to use washing machine. Sheer curtains in master and living room. Needs updating. Great location and view.

Condo could use some updating

We love Dunes of Seagrove but probably would choose a different unit (we've stayed in others). Top floor, nice view, big balcony, but furniture is dark, heavy, and outdated - not what you'd expect in a beach place. Sofas seem old and we found them uncomfortable. Very small TV for the room if that matters to you. Kitchen not equipped as well as it should be; the only "non-stick" skillet was quite nasty. Not relative to this unit, but there were a lot of very young, unsupervised kids at pool and hot tub.

Lots to like!

Happy that the owners heard our concerns from previous year and replaced several pieces of broken and unusable furniture. The new deck furniture here was nice to see. The small main TV is not up to par. Not sure why they won’t replace it. Even the staff couldn’t make the provided remote control work and the audio is bad. For weekly renters the TV is probably not a big deal but we stay for 2+ months. Other than that the beds are comfy and the living room furniture is nice. Bring your own coffee filters and some sharp knives. Also we bought a coat rack from Marketplace bc there isn’t any place to hang jackets, sweatshirts, beach bags, etc. This unit lacks a little attention to detail if that’s a concern. We just give the place our own thorough cleaning when we arrive, as most long term renters do. The local staff is good about addressing any immediate concerns. The outdoor pool and hot tub are nice. And the workout facilities are first rate, including a sauna and steam room. The private beach is excellent and the security access to the private boardwalk is nice to have.

Nice but needs some updating & decorating.

Nice condo but needs some more seating in Living area. Headboards need to be connected to the wall or the beds. Also, Appliances need updating With that being said, we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this condo unit. Thank you to the owners for sharing their little paradise with us.

July Stay 2022

Loved the location of 307C to the pools and easy beach access. Some of these smaller resorts are harder to find down there. This place was affordable and convenient to all things 30a and the condo itself was perfect.

Great stay !

The location was super. It has a nice view of the pool and gulf. Very spacious, quiet, and solid condo. Could use updating, but the bed was comfortable and unit was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great beach and location.

Great experience and only a short drive away from shops and restaurants. The rental place was the perfect size for six people. Pull out couch was great for me, but my husband felt the bar underneath mattress. All around though, great place.

Great high school spring break

Condo and complex with pools and hot tub were just what we were looking for. Great view of ocean and pool from our balcony. Easy walk to beach. Free bikes (2) made exploring surrounding area enjoyable. Bring all seasonings, paper products, and cleaning supplies that you will need as there is a very limited amount provided at check in.

30-yeah!

A perfect getaway for our family. The condo is clean, well appointed and comfortable. The staff at Vacasa are wonderful. The air conditioner wasn’t working when we arrived. The staff including Logan, Cynthia, Katie and Pamela made sure the unit was fixed quickly. They stayed on top of the repairs so we could relax and enjoy our vacation. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

Beach Get Away

The location and price were fantastic. The kitchen was nicely stocked. I loved the fact that the condo provided nice beach towels! The only thing I would recommend is having the condo painted as the walls are super dirty and a bit gross in certain spots.

Needs to be updated

The condo needs to be updated. The curtains in all rooms even the bedrooms were see thru so people could see in and at night the lights from outside would shine in. If you like to sleep in you really can’t because it gets so bright.

The condo was, as always, beautiful. We have stayed there before. I have been coming to Dunes of SeaGrove since it opened. The staff at the front desk are always wonderful. This time, the water from the shower was not hot at all. I told the person at the front desk this concern, and it was fixed immediately. The staff at the beach were so helpful and considerate. I will be back next year; already Looking forward to it.
