Absolutely perfect
This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The location is fantastic! Close to camp water color and a shuttle or bike ride away to the beach. Beach takes about 10 min on their bikes. Seaside is about a 12 min bike ride. The place was super clean and the owners were awesome and very responsive. They made things so accommodating!

Beautiful carriage house in Watercolor with all of the amenities, exactly what we were looking for! The hosts were kind enough to leave us a basket of snacks and water which was greatly appreciated for this pregnant Mama! Thank you for a fabulous stay and sharing your house with us!

Wonderful stay
We had the best stay in this beautiful carriage house. The communication with the owner was wonderful and the home was exactly like it was described. The neighborhood is precious and we loved our time at the beach club and on the beach. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing. Can't beat it.
A perfect location. Steps away from Camp Watercolor and inclusive of all of the Watercolor amenities. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and Pam was an excellent host. We stayed here during Spring break and didn't want to leave! I can go on and on, but the point is, if you're on the fence about where to stay in Seaside/Watercolor, go ahead and pick Pam's place...you won't be disappointed!

Extremely clean and comfortable carriage house stocked with more than we could dream of. Hosts left a wonderful welcome basket and directions and recommendations for great places in the area. Excellent communication and so friendly! Highly recommend their cozy getaway!
