My husband booked this little gem as a surprise for me and what a great place to stay. It’s exactly as pictured. Very quaint and very clean. We had a goodie basket with a bottle of wine on the counter upon arrival. They put a lot of thought in things like tooth brushes, toothpaste, body wash and a loofa. I e would absolutely stay here again.

we very much enjoyed staying here. Everything was within walking distance. Beautiful condo and very clean. Noise from the restaurants and the bar below did not bother us at all. However, the trash being picked up at 5:30am and the guest stomping back and forth upstairs all morning was a little annoying. But overall, great host, great location and we would book here again. We would just bring a rain machine or something to cancel out the noise in the mornings.

This condo is amazing. Let’s just say that the VIEWs were incredible! The condo is so smartly done with the right amount of space!!! The gift basket was so thoughtful and the extras in the bathroom came in handy. People say they will stay again but rarely do with so many options. However, WE WOULD!!! Amazing experience and so close to everything gulf place!!!!

Nice Place.

This property is nice and the location to the public beach is just across the street. The Decor in this unit is nice lots of drawer space, but not closet or any place to hang clothes. My only issue with this unit is the noise level from the restaurants and the people going and coming to and from the public beach. I would definitively rent this unit again, because I love dealing with this Lisa the property host. She is wonderful!

Perfect in every way..

This unit was perfect for our quick stay in Santa Rosa Beach. The decor is beautiful. The location is fantastic as it is beach facing with a view and right across from Shunk Gully and above all of the other restaurants and shops in Gulf Place. The beach is right across the street. We had our 2 children (8 & 10) with us and the pull out couch was just fine for them. This unit has a large balcony you can sit out on and listen to the music playing from Shunk Gullys or Shelby's and have an evening cocktail or your morning coffee. I would absolutely stay here again. Just Perfect!

Great location!

Great location just seconds from the beach. The information about the trash location was inaccurate and we never found the appropriate place to dispose of garbage that the property said we were required to take out. A large portion of the lights/light switches did not work. There was not a dishwasher although the property said it needed to be loaded upon check out. Finally, and the most frustrating, they provided two rolls of toilet paper for a five day stay. When we asked for more, they told us that they only provide “starter amenities”. I’ve never heard toilet paper referred to as an amenity. I’m not sure what the host fee and service fee covers if it doesn’t cover paper products. We were attending a wedding and disappointed when we couldn’t press our clothes because the iron had water in it from a previous guest. This is a wonderful property that has so much potential with a few repairs and more attention to detail in the cleaning/property management areas.

Great property, accessible to everything!!

Gulf Place was a very cozy property within walking distance to the beach. From morning coffee, to dinner just about everything was a few steps away. The property was very clean and the modern beach chic decor was very comfortable and inviting. The patio was perfect to enjoy a cocktail and people watch and not to mention the gorgeous view of the water. Our family enjoyed this cozy property. We will definitely be back.

Like a studio but has a divider wall between bed area and sitting room which I like so it doesn't feel like you are sleeping in the sitting area. Unit is nicely updated with clean white decor nice touches. If you are looking for a stay and you don't want to cook in, then this is a great unit. Plenty of drawers for clothes. One suggestion is to add blinds for the door to patio as it is very bright in the morning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in many units in Gulf Place. This one is by far the best renovations. Alot of detail in wood trim from shiplap to cool barn door very close to beach but very noisy from the 2 restaurants Shunk Gulley and one directly below the unit which had a musician playing at night. Also unfortunately the new owners of most of the complex have added Alvins shops all through out. Played loud Jamacian music in the Artist Villages. I felt like I was in Jamacia so different than it was a year or so ago. Not a good vibe for me anymore😒 The new owners pretty much kicked the shops out that had been there for years and turned into Alvins! :( It's all about greed and money. I will not be staying in Gulf Place again. If you do rent there go for the the units in the back area.
