Great place, great time! Wonderful house, well equipped for our group. We had 8 adults and three young children and had plenty of room. An EASY walk to Blue Mountain Beach, with a bonus ice cream stop!!

Great location, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The salt water pool was nice and shaded. The house is older. The house was not cleaned well as the floors were sticky in many areas.

Great home by the beach

Clean, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. We highly recommend this property. Also, RealJoy, the property manager, was very responsive and very helpful.

Great stay

We all had a great time There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and just a quick walk to the beach. There is plenty of places to eat just around the corner. Overall it was a fabulous trip and we will be back.

Perfect beach home!

We sincerely enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain Breeze. Ray, the homeowner was fantastic to work with and the home provided everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Stand out features: - spaciousness of all rooms - great location: easy walk to beach and action, but also a quiet cul-de-sac south of 30-a.

Great vacation rental, close to everything

Overall we had a short but great stay. The location is close to everything (including the beach). The property is a good size for 2 families. The bunk bed in the upstairs hallway was very convenient. The property manager Parker was very helpful and informative when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped - we were even able to bake a cake!

Perfect for Family Vacation

The house was huge, more space than we had imagined from the pictures. The master is amazing and we loved being able to take a dip in our own private pool. Everything was clean and tidy, and Ray was always available when needed. We had a great time and will definitely stay again when we visit the area.

Our stay at Blue Mountain was great. Any bumps we had in the road at check in were addressed immediately. It’s a great space for families. The heated pool was nice since we were there during a cold snap. Very close to restaurants and shops. Ray was helpful and friendly, and one of the nicest VRBO owners I have worked with.

Amazing house

We had such a great time on your vacation. The house was perfect, with a lot of space and a fantastic kitchen. The neighborhood was excellent, with a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay in the breeze again. The communication with Ray was great.

Beautiful home, Perfect Location on 30a

Our family loved the stay at BlueMountain breeze! It’s the perfect location along 30 a. Ray was so kind, prompt when communicating, and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for! I could not recommend this beautiful spacious home anymore. Don’t look any further, book it!

Very nice beach house in a great location!

My family (10 of us) loved this house. It was in great condition and the decor is beautiful. We did have to wash towels everyday because there just wasn't enough for all 10 of us, but that was a minor issue.

Great Location!

We had 2 families staying at Blue Mountain Breeze. We swam in the private pool everyday. It was a very short walk to the beach. The area was clean and safe. Ray was very accommodating with anything we needed. The house is beautiful and very economical for the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Long Term Stay

I stayed at Blue Mountain Breeze for almost three weeks. The short distance to the beach and the private pool are great. Also, very close to restaurants, walkable or short drive. The owner was super organized and ensured that my stay met my expectations. I worked from there as well, and the internet is strong - which is always key. The space is large and has everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!

This house is spacious and such a wonderful retreat for families. We want to return next year! The walk to beach access is short and the large porch is a great place to relax. Love the swing bed on the porch and the bunk room for our teens. Highly recommend!

Great house

We recently stayed in this house and it was great. The location is good with only a short walk to the beach and the house comes with beach toys, beach chairs, and other goodies. We had 9 adults/older kids stay here and there was plenty of room in the house. The kitchen and living room are very nice and spacious. Ray was easy to get a hold of during the booking process and during our stay. Great vacation and we would stay here again.
