Spring Break 2025

We enjoyed our stay at Solemate. The property and location were both perfect for us. Everything was as described. Well stocked for all of our needs! There was plenty of room for our two families and three children. Would definitely book again.

The entire family enjoys our stay at Adagio because of its accessibility to the beach, good restaurants and shops in the area. This was our 3rd stay and we look forward to our next visit with them.

Great stay and great location

Updated condo with gulf front view. Essentials are basic but condo has a good layout enough room for occupants. The condo is near by so many beautiful places to visit. We thought the main pool would be heated, but wasn’t just the pool on the beach side. We all were pleased with the stay and would definitely come back.

Wonderful Trip

This was exactly as advertised! Spacious, clean, amazing views....we were here mid Nov and the weather was perfect! Great supply of linens. Because it was “off -season” there were no beach chairs available...having a couple in unit would have been a plus...also, need reading light(s) by couches. Perfect getaway!

BEST condo ever!

Clean, AMAZING views, comfy furniture , great clean amenities, our maintenance issue was addressed immediately by a manager who I was able to text through our visit. Would 1000% rent here again!! We did not want to leave! Best condo we have stayed at in years. Thanks for the great furnishings and decor! This go overlooked these days I feel like!

Amazing Experience

From the entrance at the gate house you feel like you are entering an Italian villa. Then you open the door to the condo and catch a glimpse of the crystal clear waters of the ocean that await you on the other side of the massive balcony. As you are drawn to the water at the other end of the home you walk past the large bedrooms and beautifully decorated living room. Seated on the balcony now you can unwind, relax and take it all in as you listen to the waves.

Perfect location at Santa Rosa beach

The condo is located by both pools and by the stairs to the beach. Very convenient. There are also good restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Condo is spacious and clean. Loved the balcony-lots of space, comfortable furniture and you can listen and watch the waves. View is wonderful! There are quite a few stairs to the beach so if you have trouble with stairs this beach isn’t your best choice but water is clear and very soft sand. We had a great time! Bring beach towels since they don’t have any. Only suggestion for owners is providing beach chairs and an umbrella since you can’t bring those if you fly. Not a big issue though and we would go again!

Everything was beyond excellent...

We loved the spacious condo. because of my sister and her two girl’s change of spring break plans we ended up with 3 more people than we expected (3 adults 5 kids). We all had plenty of room and never tired of each other because it was so roomy! Such an easy walk down to the beach. going back-and-forth a pleasure. We loved the heAted pool and the large non heated ones as well . The condo was just as described and pictured: the cleanest one we stayed in this area! My only complaint was the horrible 100% polyester sheets And mattress cover that slipped off the worn out mattress in the master. I think I would have tolerated the master mattress if I’d had some cotton sheets. I slept fine but if I woke up early there was no dozing because the sheets were off the top half of the bed. So irritating. It’s a shame because absolutely everything else was Perfection!

Another Great Stay!

This is our 4th stay at Adagio but first time in this unit. We loved the layout and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we enjoyed the toiletries provided as we forgot a few things. Plenty of patio seating for morning coffee and a glass of wine while watching the sunset. We will definitely return!

Beautiful oceanfront condo

This is a very nice complex with multiple pools and a hot tub. This condo is oceanfront so we had wonderful views from the well furnished balcony and main living area. We cooked two evenings and found the kitchen well equipped overall. My only complaint is that our access code stopped working 45 minutes before checkout time while we were loading the cars. Thankfully one friend was still inside so we were able to get back in. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing Condo, Location, and View - No Communication from Management Company

Condo itself is extremely nice, recently updated and overlooks the ocean and all rooms were spacious. Was exactly as presented in the pics. We had friends staying in 4 other condos in the complex and all were very nice and updated. Upon check-in, we opened the fridge to load our groceries and were hit in the face with the smell of fish. It looked like a previous renter had been fishing and their bags leaked all over the bottom of the fridge, where a layer of dark, smelly ice had formed. I called and texted the maintenance # given on the emails - left a message and texted a pic and never got a response or call back. Master shower has dual heads, which was great, but both leaked so much on the normal setting they had to be used on massage to get any flow. There was also a used piece of bar soap left in the floor of the shower. Upon trying to use the dishwasher for the first time, there was still a block of detergent in the dispenser, as the dispenser door had not opened on the previous cycle – so not sure how many of the plates and utensils we had been using that were not washed properly.
