Perfect Location

This property was so close to the WaterColor Beach Club. It is located as soon as you get to WaterColor and the beach club was perfect. Our daughter is 4 and loved staying at the pool for kids and the beach. She rode her scooter to SeaSide to get ice cream and we sat and ate there since there are so many options for food. We would stay here again! The property was perfect for our family of three.

Great location and property!

Fantastic area with a lot of fun activities! Enjoyed the property, very clean, close walking distance to food/shopping. Enjoyed the beach and riding bikes around the neighborhood.

Fabulous!

The location of this unit was fabulous (walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach/pools), and the unit itself was really nice (comfortable, well-appointed, ample natural light, spacious, great outdoor living spaces). My husband and I stayed with our 3.5 yo son, and it was perfect. Having access to Camp Watercolor was the best part (the water slide and lazy river were a blast for our son, and the convenience of food and drinks by the pool was ideal). My only complaints are: that you can’t use both showers/tub at the same time without losing hot water; and though a coffee maker was provided, actual coffee was not (they may have communicated this in advance, but I missed that). Otherwise, the unit had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Location is the selling point

The big issue was that there is almost no parking available at the location as the proximity to the Watercolor Inn is merely steps away. The room provides you with parking passes, tells you that you’re limited to only two vehicles, and that you have to have the parking passes displayed- however there is no reinforcement for anyone else parking in your lot. So if you have nowhere to park because a large sum of people are parked there w out passes and not being guests, they can’t do anything about it and you’re just supposed to wait because “people are always coming and going and there will be a spot that opens up.” Secondly- there is a pretty significant ant infestation in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom. And upstairs the ants have made their way into the bedroom area and were even in our luggage when we got home. They’re sugar ants, not biting ants, but still not very ideal to just have them crawling around your clothing and where your toothbrush is sitting. Lastly- the “rent gear here” place is where we were suggested to use for our trip for extra bicycles, beach set ups, etc. We didn’t get the gear dropped off for us the first night correctly- they gave us the wrong bike as we needed one that could carry an infant too with the carrier on the back. And then they picked up our bicycles a day early too even though I was paid through the next day. So I had to reach out to them twice throughout the stay to have them fix what was going on. We have used 360Blue before for our rentals additions and it was a much better and more “true to order” experience. With all of that being said- the location, the beach, the pool, it was all so beautiful that the stay was still great and my company was even better. We will be back to Watercolor again.

Best Beach Condo

2 minute walk to Watercolor Beach Club. Huge unit with tons of natural light; brighter and more spotless than any of the photos. The stairs are pretty steep to the second floor so we had to watch our agile preschooler as she took a spill early on in our stay. Otherwise, flawless stay!

Great Watercolor condo with great location

This condo was a perfect size for our family of four. The location is great; we walked to the beach and the resort. We also walked to restaurants and nearby Seaside. The elevator was a nice plus.

Wonderful room, beach access not so much

Room and retail amenities were wonderful, but with only one access point to the beach through an often crowded pool entrance, the resort taking up 100 plus yards of shoreline with their rental chairs (which were not "socially distanced"), and the lack of consideration for social distancing by most other guests, it made us glad that Grayton Beach State Park was only a mile or so down the road. That is where we spend all our beach time after just one morning of Watercolor beach, and it is a fabulous beach.
