Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. This newer 2-story home welcomes guests into the Main House's great room with hardwood floors, shiplap walls, and luxurious coastal furnishings. Plush seating surrounds the 75" TV in the living area, as natural lighting streams in from the large picture windows. Elegant French doors open to a private backyard oasis with a covered deck and alfresco dining table, firepit area, and a private pool with an attached sitting spa—perfect for entertaining! The gourmet kitchen inside is every chef's dream, with high-end appliances, stunning marble countertops, and an extra-large kitchen island with a farmhouse sink. A quaint dining area offers a mix of chair and bench seating for 8, while the breakfast bar seats 9. There is 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed down the hallway.
Guests can relax and unwind in the spacious second-floor bedrooms after a long day at the beach. There is 1 primary bedroom with a king bed and access to a private balcony, 2 guest bedrooms with a king and queen bed, and 1 bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds—great for kids and young adults.
Above the garage is a charming Carriage House that offers guests a cozy yet private space to decompress at the end of the day.
