Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. “The property and location was great. I ran into some issues with wristbands, but it was quickly resolved. I would have liked to have some beach chairs / towels available in the house as well as some general condiments - salt & pepper. When you are flying in it is hard to have all of that and also not economical to purchase for only a few days.”

“We really enjoyed the house at Watercolor. It had everything our family needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen and family room were large and all the bedrooms were comfortable. The porch for outside eating was nice and there were plenty of bicycles for all of us. We especially liked the golf cart which made it very easy and quick to the beach.”

“This property was clean, well stocked, plenty of linens and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay! It was a really nice set up with two king bedrooms and 5 twin beds (bunk beds and trundle). We had some minor things come up but it did not disrupt our stay. My only suggestion is putting a lock on main door that we could lock from inside and not be reliant on the lock with code. Maybe a top lock!? It did feel like a safe area and golf cart was very convenient!”

“This holiday home was immaculate from top to bottom. From the moment we walked in my children oohed and ahhed over the homes beauty. We had everything we could ever need from inside the home to the outdoor shower, bikes, pool toys and the utilization of the beach chairs, toys and umbrella. It was decorated like a 5 star beach home- decor was upper class and not overlooked, we enjoyed basking in its beauty. The porches… ooh the porches! “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is great and the house was perfect. The house had everything we needed except only included 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher pods and 1 roll of paper towels….. for a week stay with 7 adults we needed more of each.”

“This was our 2nd year staying at this property & we absolutely love the conveniences of it! Nathan was super easy to rent from... the home is lovely, just as we remembered it. Tucked away, but in a perfectly central location in Watercolor. The beds were again hands down the most comfortable we've ever slept in at a rental unit. Golf cart was our go-to for the entire week. Wonderful back screened porch where we enjoyed coffee in the mornings. Overall, we simply adore this home! We will for……

“We had an amazing time, and felt right at home. The only issues we had were with the garage door entry lock and parking, so we just kept it locked and used the garage door entry code. The driveway only allows room for one vehicle, and finding parking along the streets on designated parking pads is difficult, so parking was a bit of an issue. Overall, the house is gorgeous, very comfortable, and had all the things we could ask for during a vacation. We loved our stay!!”
