“Great location easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that could be improved on like more kitchen utensils, new pillows , and better bedding.”

“This was the perfect spot to stay when coming down to FL from TN for a wedding. The view was amazing! Communications with the host were excellent! There is direct access to the beach from the 1st floor. We utilized the pool area also. Pros: Location! Listed as expected. Laundry, dishwasher, plenty of towels and wash cloths. Pool area. Direct beach access. No ice maker, but plenty of ice trays! Quiet and peaceful!! Clear instructions for parking, check in and check out. Cons: If you’re a bedroom……

“This was a great place to stay! The location is excellent because it is removed from all the crowds/activity of Pensacola or Destin yet easy to get to either. The building and condo were clean and well kept and we enjoyed the view and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances, even a French press and an electric tea kettle which we greatly appreciated. Furnishings are a little dated but were comfortable. Door mats would be appreciated at the entry and……

“Condo was nice, view was amazing and the weather was perfect. I do have a complaint though. Since 2024 people have been saying the mattress needed to be replaced. We literally slept on what felt like springs. The mattress is completely broken down. It was very annoying to go to the beach for rest and relaxation and not be able to rest well. I would not recommend this unit unless you know it has a new mattress. Other than that it was great! Property grounds were so well kept!! ”

“Condo was clean (of utmost importance to me!), and well stocked with updated furnishings....very comfortable. It is on the gulf side (no gulf view), however it a short walk to the beach located directly behind the complex. It is ground level and all on one level, so it is convenient for people with limited mobility. If you have a pet, it has a grassy area to walk them outside the back door. It also has a nice little patio with grill. We were very pleased with it.”
