「The property was clean with the great location next to the beach. As far as staff, my impression was that Irma, the receptionist, provided poor service, being rude, acting very disrespectful. It seems to me that she doesn’t like what she is doing. Being a first person that you meet at hotel, she should provide welcoming environment that guests could feel comfortable and considering to come back again.」

「Our stay with JPH was excellent. We enjoyed our stay, and the communication with us was excellent. We particularly liked that this was a pet-free accommodation and allowed true service dogs only. 「The staff was very attentive. The chile cheese soufele , country potatoes,orange juice , tea/coffee, water and fresh fruit , granola, and yogurt were punctually served at your booked time and were quite filling. The afternoon wine and vegetable and humus dip was served from 4-5PM. If desired, a second glass was poured .This inn was once an old large home. It can accommodate 18 guests. Rooms for one are two are located in the home itself( two story home and no elevators) and a larger set alone...

「Great location within walking distance (3-5 minutes) to the shops and restaurants. My only complaint was the HVAC unit, which is set high on the wall, did not work. I followed directions carefully using the remote, and even sent a note to mgmt, but never got a response. It would've definitely been more comfortable in the room during the chilly mornings if we had some heat.」

「The room was clean, so was the rest of the property. The view of the beach during the sunset was gorgeous as well, but for the cost, it’d be nice to have a/c and complimentary water when other hotels offer it for a lower cost. With that being said, me and my wife wouldn’t mind returning one day back here.」
