"We arrived a bit earlier than expected when we asked the front desk if there was a room available earlier. The front desk informed us that since we were there earlier, the room wasn’t ready yet. We completely understood, as it was 2 pm and check-in time was not until 4:00 pm. However, they proceeded to place our name on a waiting list for a room if something became available earlier. We then went to another family member’s hotel that was staying at a different hotel. We waited there to see if anyone would call us earlier, but they never did. As the long story short goes, time went by, and we went out to have dinner and walk around the beach. We never received a call. We returned to the hotel around 7:00 pm, and when we asked if we had given the wrong number or used the wrong info, the front desk told us that no one had ever called us. it was different staff when we arrived later. Other than that, everything was good, except for the pool, which was overcrowded, and the jacuzzi jets weren’t working."

"A couple things here and there but overall for the price I can’t complain. It’s an older hotel so it’s expected to show some age. Complimentary breakfast was good, ice machine and elevators worked, and every staff member we came across was very helpful. Plus, everything is within walking distance. Overall I would recommend others to give it a shot!"

"Hotel was clean and close to the beach and many activities included. We did have issues though, door in restroom was a struggle to close and shower water was either burning hot or icy cold."

"The beach access is nice to have. The sliding door and no fan in the bathroom makes it less comfortable. Family friendly."
