Gute Erholung in toller Umgebung

Ein liebevoll gestaltetes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Der seitliche Meerblick vom Rand der Terrasse reicht bis Bonifacio, kleine Felsenbuchten (wie die auf dem Foto), schöne Strände, traumhaft bizzare Felsenlandschaften und den Leuchtturm mit Sonnenuntergangsblick erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nebensaison (Anfang Oktober) sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Vacanza Favolosa!

Una vacanza stupenda! L'appartamento è carinissimo e ben curato e la posizione è favolosa! Dal terrazzo si gode la vista delle bocche di Bonifacio e della Corsica! La signora Flavia è stata davvero cortese e gentile! Una persona squisita! Sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni esigenza! La ringraziamo molto! La casa è in ottima posizione per raggiungere, il faro di Capoterra e spiagge bellissime sia a piedi che in auto. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Toller Aufenthalt

Der Check-in und der check-out waren sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Die vermieterin war schon vor ankunft telefonisch bzw per sms/whatsapp immer erreichbar und auch während des Aufenthalts mit empfehlungen für uns da. Das appartement ist ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet und in der Küche befinden sich Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Auch putzmittel und Gewürze sind vorhanden. Selbst einige Lebensmittel, wie z.b. Nudeln, Tee etc haben wir vorgefunden. Außerdem hat das appartement eine sehr schöne Lage. Mehrere schöne Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufen kann man im nahe gelegenen santa teresa. Wir haben beim Schnorcheln viele Fische und interessante unterwasserlandschaften gesehen, sowie ein spaziergang durch die atemberaubende felsenlandschaft von capo testa unternommen. Ein besonderes Highlight war ein Austritt von der Nähe gelegenen Reitschule in Santa teresa nach Santa reparata. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung erlebt. Sie ist so, wie man sie auf den Bildern sieht. Sie ist zwar nicht sehr modern, doch ist alles da was man braucht von Spülmaschine über Waschmaschine, Gefrierfach, Backofen und vor allem Klimaanlage, die wir vor Allem an den letzten Tagen, als es heißer wurde in der Nacht genutzt haben. Wir haben den Wäscheservice genutzt. Die Betten waren bei der Ankunft bezogen und die Wohnung war sauber. Zum größeren Einkauf kann man nach Santa Teresa fahren, doch es gibt einen Mini-Markt, direkt unterhalb, wo man das Nötigste bekommt, auch Brot (jedenfalls in der Hochsaison). Man gelangt zu Fuß zu den Stränden, doch wir haben diese höchstens zum Abendspaziergang genutzt, weil sie in der Hochsaison wirklich überfüllt waren. Direkt hinter der Wohnung führen Pfade zu kleinen (felsigen) Buchten, Manchmal waren wir dort ganz alleine und haben es genossen uns im kristallklaren Wasser abzukühlen. Badeschuhe sind natürlich Pflicht. Wir waren einmal am Strand Rena Majore der auch sehr schön und nicht überlaufen ist. Capo Testa an sich ist landschaftlich wunderschön und man sollte es nicht versäumen, es zu erkunden. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung jedem der die Natur liebt, keinen Luxus braucht, dennoch gewisse Annehmlichkeiten und ein Umfeld in dem man sich wohlfühlt.

Perfect place for exploring Capotesta and the region. Flavia is great and the apt manager Monica was very friendly even after waiting for us following a three hour delay. We had a great stay!

Davanti alle scogliere di bonifacio

La location dell appartamento e’ Fantastica, vicino a spiagge isolate raggiungibili a piedi e col terrazzo davanti al tramonto su bonifacio. La casa e’ Provvista di tutto e l assistenza molto disponibile e cortese. L’ appartamento e’ in un complesso un po’ vecchio e ad alveare ma la sua posizione compensa la scarsa estetica del fabbricato. La proprietaria e’ Veramente attenta e gentile. Grazie!

Un angolo di Paradiso

L' appartamento è arredato con grande cura e attenzione dei dettagli, è pulito e accessoriato con elettrodomestici e un ampia quantità di accessori e stoviglie. L' ampia terrazza che si affaccia sulle Bocche di Bonifacio dà un grande valore aggiunto, permettendo di cenare all' aperto e di godere di meravigliosi tramonti. La casa si trova in una zona tranquillissima, al riparo da traffico e rumori. Dista solo 150 metri dalla Rena di Ponente, e poco più dalla Rena di Levante. Nei giorni di maestrale si possono scegliere le spiagge più riparate dal vento, o fare passeggiate al faro o nei sentieri che ci sono nei dintorni. A 100 metri c'è un mini market, per le spese di prima necessità; Santa Teresa è a 5 minuti di macchina.. Gentilissima Flavia, la proprietaria che si è tenuta in contatto con noi sin da qualche giorno prima della partenza, e per tutto il soggiorno. Noi siamo arrivati di sera tardi, e siamo stati accolti a Santa Teresa e accompagnati a casa. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Consigliatissimo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in Flavia's lovely apartment.

We decided to visit off season, arriving mid-October. We were treated to 2 perfect weeks of late Summer weather. Flavia's apartment is exactly as described and as shown in her photos. The layout of the apartment makes it easy to be well organized in a cozy space. Off season there was only 1 other apartment occupied for 1 week, so we enjoyed the silence day & night. The fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, ...) got a lot of use because off-season, most of the better restaurants are closed for the season. The supermarkets located a short drive (<10 minutes) allowed us to enjoy the local flavors, prepared by our hands. The scenery on Capo Testa is spectacular and the view, from our terrace, of the Strait of Bonifacio was nice to wake up to and enjoy throughout the day. Being able to walk from the apartment to the beaches and the most wonderful hikes, is one of the many reasons we will not hesitate to stay in Flavia's apartment when we return to Capo Testa. This was our 3rd visit to Capo Testa. I should mention that each time we contacted her, we received very prompt replies. Thank you Flavia for sharing your piece of paradise. Ann & Stu Abbiamo deciso di visitare fuori stagione, arrivando a metà ottobre. Siamo stati trattati per 2 settimane perfette di tempo fine estate. L'appartamento di Flavia è esattamente come descritto e come illustrato nelle sue foto. Il layout dell'appartamento rende facile essere ben organizzati in uno spazio accogliente. Fuori stagione c'era solo 1 altro appartamento occupato per 1 settimana, quindi abbiamo apprezzato la giornata di silenzio e di notte. L'completamente attrezzata (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ...) ha un sacco di utilizzo, perché fuori stagione, la maggior parte dei ristoranti migliori sono chiusi per la stagione. I supermercati si trovano a breve distanza (<10 minuti) ci ha permesso di gustare i sapori locali, preparati dalle nostre mani. Lo scenario su Capo Testa è spettacolare e la vista, dalla nostra terrazza, delle Bocche di Bonifacio è stato bello svegliarsi e godere per tutta la giornata. Essere in grado di camminare da casa alle spiagge e le più belle escursioni, è uno dei tanti motivi che non esiteremo a rimanere nell'appartamento di Flavia quando torneremo a Capo Testa. Questa era la nostra terza visita a Capo Testa. Devo dire che ogni volta che l'abbiamo contattato, abbiamo ricevuto risposte molto rapide. Grazie Flavia per condividere il vostro pezzo di paradiso. Nice little Appartement. Not quite ideal with a baby.

The place Capo Tesra is verynice. The Appartement ideal for a couple and Flavia the owner is very helpful and so for that it is a good place to stay. We travelled with a baby and though the bedroom felt a little cramped with the baby bed we managed. The bed is quite hard, so if you are used to s soft or medium hard bed this might be an issue. Flavia recommend very good restaurants and provided additional good information. The handover of the keys worked like a charm. Thank you Flavia making our stay in Sardinia such an enjoyable experience

Schöne Wohnung am beliebten Capo Testa

Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung in kleiner Ferienwohnanlage - gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Nachts absolut ruhig. Vom geräumigen Balkon, der ab Nachmittag besonnt ist, hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick bis nach Korsika. Der Strand und das Meer sind fußläufig erreichbar, daneben laden Wege rund ums Capo Testa zum Wandern ein. Allerdings benötigt man ein Auto, um zum Einkaufen nach Santa Teresa di Gallura zu gelangen. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin Flavia, die prompt und sehr freundlich auf alle Anfragen antwortet. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Balkon!

Es ist eine sehr schöne, große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf Korsika ist sensationell! In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es leider keine! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

La realtà ha superato le nostre aspettative

Cercavamo una sistemazione che accontentasse gli amanti del mare (io e mia figlia) e gli amanti della natura e delle camminate (mia moglie). Il risultato è stato: Un appartamentino veramente carino e accogliente, attrezzatissimo (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ...), con un terrazzo con vista sul mare e sulla corsica, rivolto al tramonto, per cui abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori con delle viste e dei tramonti bellisimi. L'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Flavia è stata quanto di meglio ci si poteva aspettare. Devo dire che ancora una volta le referenze di Homelidays (di cui siamo fruitori da qualche anno) sono sempre al top. Però quello che è stato speciale è stato il posto: Capotesta. A pochi passi abbiamo avuto spiagge, insenature e sentieri fantastici. Quando avevamo prenotato a dire il vero non ce ne eravamo resi conto, pensavamo sì a un bel posto (del resto in sardegna dove si trovano posti brutti?) ma all'arrivo ci è mancato il fiato. Avevamo pianificato qualche tour verso spiagge segnalate dalle guide, ma non l'abbiamo fatto. Abbiamo girato tutto il CAPO rigorosamente a piedi, e ci siamo saziati così di mare, spiaggia, scogli, sentieri e natura. Penso una delle più belle vacanze mai fatte.

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung für zwei!

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung in kleiner Ferienwohnanlage, hübsch dekoriert und sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick ab nachmittags sonnig. Bei unserem Aufenthalt in der Vorsaison war es sehr ruhig. Guter Standort für Ausflüge in der Gallura; Strand fußläufig erreichbar, aber Auto schon zum Einkaufen notwendig. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Flavia, die bei den Check-in und Check-out Zeiten sehr flexibel war.
