I had an amazing stay at York Luxuries in MedellĂn! The hotel was spotless â very clean and well-maintained. The included breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and great taste every morning. I especially loved the rooftop pool â a perfect spot to relax with beautiful city views. The staff was outstanding: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellin

"The hotel was understaffed which made service slow. When we went to the pool, there was no one there to give us towels in three separate occasions and we had to track someone down to get us some. The room was ok, but the beds were only doubles instead of queen sized which made sleeping less comfortable. However, one of the doorman named Giovanni went out of his way to accommodate us. He changed some big bills into smaller bills for us so we had money for tips, he found us an excellent driver to take us to Guatape and when we checked out, he signed us out of netflix (we couldn't figure it out because it was all in spanish) and took a video to show it was done. This man was exceptional and made out stay much more comfortable. "
