Von A bis Z war der Ablauf ohne Probleme und das Haus war von Homerti verwaltet die sind immer gut. Gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Realmente deja que desear por lo que puedes esperar por fotos y algunos comentarios. La limpieza super escasa, llegamos cuando supuestamente estaba recién limpia y encontramos tela de arañas, pelos y restos de polvo por el suelo. la casa parece que esta preparada solo para Alemanes y no lo notifican, imposible ver la TV todo en alemán. en el anuncio se detalla parking privado y no nos dejaron usarlo. El primer día cuando supuestamente estaba la casa preparada para entrar a las 4 horas llego un señor abriendo una de las puertas SIN AVISAR para decir que venia a comprobar la piscina, con una actitud arrogante. sentimos invadida nuestra privacidad, una pena. El ultimo dia teníamos el check out a las 10 de la mañana y a las 9:57 estaba el chico de la limpieza abriendo todas las puertas sin avisar cuando estábamos aun cerrando las ultimas cosas.

Im großen und ganzen hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Der Check- in war sehr leicht, jedoch ist es bei der Anreise wichtig die genauen Koordinaten in das Navi einzugeben (Diese werden vorab per Mail gesendet). Das allerbeste war der große Pool und die sehr ruhige Lage, wir waren zu zweit und hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis war im Gegensatz zu anderen Unterkünften auf der Insel wirklich gut. Auch die Ortschaft Santanyi welche mit dem Auto etwa 2 min entfernt ist, ist wirklich schön. Wir würden die Unterkunft jeden weiter empfehlen, der sich vernab von jeglichen Touristenströmen einfach ausruhen und auf Mallorca entspannen möchte!

Le calme, la grande piscine de 14 mètres, la situation géographique à la campagne à l’écart des grands complexes touristiques mais tout en étant très proche des commerces et des plages, jardin très fleuri et bien entretenu. Idéal pour des vacances au rythme de la famille ou en couple.

Mon mari et moi avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison. Aucun vis à vis totalement au calme nous avons pu déconnecter. Relaxation assurée. La piscine est superbe nous avons pu en profiter même tard la nuit grâce à son éclairage. Par ces chaleurs la climatisation aurait été parfaite mais les ventilateurs nous ont bien aidés. Encore merci nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Für den Pool und Aussenbereich sind ein Teil der Miete sicher gerechtfertigt, jedoch die alten Liegen am Pool sind durchgelegen! Auch der Innenbereich der Finca ist sehr Renovierungsbedürftig! Frische Prospekte, modernere Möblierung und ein Wäschwechsel innerhalb von 10 Tagen sehr wären hilfreich! Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage ist es ab 30Grad zu heiß in der Finca! Besonders die Betten in der Galerie sind dann eine Zumutung! Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn die Finca moderner ausgestattet ist! Nur dann ist auch der Preis gerechtfertigt!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage des Hauses ist super - man ist sehr schnell bei einer Vielzahl traumhafter Buchten und selbst nach Palma braucht man nur etwa 40 Minuten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auch gut - es ist etwas rustikal aber auch das hat seinen Charme! Der Pool ist super und man hat keine direkten Nachbarn, sodass man hier Ruhe findet und den Urlaub genießen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das WLAN ist leider nicht so gut…

Uns hat alles super gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder

Vermietet wird das kleinere Nebengebäude, wenn die Hauptfinca nicht bewohnt ist. Das bedeutet, dass man einen großzügigen, wunderschönen Aussenbereich mit großem Pool komplett für sich alleine hat. Die beiden Einzelbetten auf der offenen Empore sind im Sommer unter dem Dach ohne Klimaanlage natürlich sehr heiß. Es gibt aber große Ventilatoren, die etwas Luft schaffen. Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht noch, dass das große, fensterlose Bad nur über die Terrasse zu erreichen ist. Uns hat alles super gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine wunderbar ruhig gelegene großzügige Ferienwohnung innerhalb einer (unbewohnten) Finca. Der vollständig nutzbare Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 10 Min. bis Santanyi, einer liebenswerten kleinen Stadt mit tollen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. auch 2 Supermärkten) aller Art. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist durchschnittlich, aber vollständig und praxisgerecht. Die Badausstattung ist funktional. Eine baldige Modernisierung würde die Preiswürdigkeit der Wohnung erhöhen.

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Domizil mit großem Pool

Die komplette Abwicklung von der Anmietung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos und wir wurden stets über den weiteren Ablauf informiert. Die Finca liegt in einen sehr ruhigem Gebiet etwas außerhalb von Santanyí. Auf Grund der Geodaten, die wir am Flughafen am Schalter erhalten haben, konnten wir das Objekt auch ohne Probleme finden. Wir wurden vor Ort freundlich vom "Hausverwalter" empfangen, der sich im weiteren Verlauf um den Pool gekümmert hat. Unsere Vorräte konnten wir im nahegelegen Supermarkt in Santanyí bzw. Campos auffüllen. Die Finca ist ideal für Familien geeignet oder auch für Leute, die einfach nur Ruhe suchen.

Superbe

Superbe jardin au milieu des champs où viennent paître des brebis en fin de journée. C'est idyllique. Une Piscine immense et très agréable. La partie de la Maison réservée à la réservation est plus quelconque. Mobilier un peu désuet. Peu d'ustensiles pour la cuisine et pas toujours en bon état. L'endroit est très agréable et le village de Santanyi très accueillant. Les plages et les criques alentours sont merveilleuses.
