Great place to stay!

Have stayed at Niu D'Aus before but not for about 9 years. Staff extremely helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Pool very clean but not really suitable for poor swimmers as becomes quite deep very quickly. Good location in a very quiet area.

As all apartment block in between Cala Dor and Portopetro. Quiet location though the rooms themselves are sometimes not quiet as noise carries from other apartments very easily! Usually ok, but when there is noise late at night this can be a disturbance. Small pool with loungers and parasols which we used many days - our daughter loved it. Pool condition needs improvement though. Overall the apartments were clean and functional, if a little basic. Lovely views over the bay of Portopetro. Good A/C. Staff very friendly and helpful. More generally, easy to walk to restaurants in the evening - 10-15mins to either Portopetro (very pretty) or Cala Dor Marina (bit more flash but worth a visit). Beaches are less close. One very small one within 10-15 mins walk, but not parasols for hire and very busy. We got a taxi to Cala Mondragó which was nice, and I think there is a bus too. Overall we had a lovely week’s holiday here - beautiful part of Mallorca.

Never again!!!

The biggest disappointment was when we arrived! The photographer was either incredibly good, a genius on photoshop or took these pics 20 years ago! The place is no near what the pictures show. It was a shock.. ..truly!!! We even considered leaving if only we could find another place available. Cleaning, if so we can call it, is every second day.. ..but basically just a change of towels. There is no breakfast, as mentioned on the website! The pool is loosing bits allover the places and running water, shower included, is literally so salty that you can use it as it is for cooking pasta! The younger lady at reception is however very nice and kind, but not an experience I want to repeat again...

Prisvärt familjehotell som varmt rekommenderas!

Väldigt bra läge (vi hade hyrbil) mellan 2 byar. Kan gå till både Portopetro och Cala dOr. Till P dock inte så säljer gångväg. Till C rätt bra trottoar för att va här på Mallorca. Går snabbt att köra till Santanyí, som har flera restauranger och marknad 2 ggr/vecka. Hotellet har bra sängar och trevlig balkong. Köket är väldigt sparsamt utrustat; man kan koka pasta med pesto på den nivån är det. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Poolen är lagom stor och mysig att ligga vid, aldrig ”fullt”.

Pas mal

Appartement convenable pour le budget alloué. Il y a un décalage de look entre la réception et l’appartement que nous avons occupé (peut être que les autres appartements ont été remis à neuf). Le bâtiment en lui même est joli, un extérieur propre et entretenu, une jolie piscine. L’appartement que nous avons occupé était vétuste et aurait besoin d’un vrai rafraîchissement. Une machine à café serait appréciable ainsi qu’une partie congélateur dans le frigo (pour les pains de glace nécessaires au pique-nique). Concernant la localisation, l’hôtel est au calme, un peu loin des commerces pour faire des courses à pied.

Convenient location, great views.

A pleasant, clean and simple no frills kind of place. The apartment had everything we needed with a good size balcony and excellent views over Porto Petro. Staff are lovely, pool area quiet and pretty. A short drive to sandy beaches. An easy walk to restaurants. I worked whilst staying and wifi was fine.

On a beaucoup apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur mer; Magnifique . Lieu très calme,reposant,prés du port de Portopetro. Possibilité de s'y rendre à pied,pour profiter d'un très bon restaurant avec vue sur le port. Les hôtes sont très très accueillants, d'une gentillesse peu commune. Toujours près à rendre service. La piscine est parfaite. Seul petit bémol pour nous, (2 enfants,2 adultes) cuisine peu équipée. Et un vrai divan lit aurait été appréciable ansi que de bons coussins de couchage. En résumé , très bon séjour et nous recommandons vivement Niu daus.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, es ist alles vorhanden. Es müsste mal wieder ein wenig renoviert werden. Vorallem Dusche/Badewanne, Armaturen etc.. Ausstattung ist nicht mehr die neuste. Die Sauberkeit ist okay, wenn es allerdings meine eigene Wohnung wäre, würde ich besser putzen. Am negativsten aufgefallen ist mir allerdings das das Gebäude extrem Hellhörig ist, nachdem über mir ein Familie mit Kindern eingezogen ist, habe ich nicht mehr viel geschlafen. Man hört jede Bewegung, jedes bewegen der Möbel (Stuhl, Bett...) etc.. Personal war sehr Freundlich! Empfangsbereich scheint neu renoviert, sehr schön. Pool Bereich habe ich nicht benutzt sieht aber ebenfalls sehr ordentlich aus :-)

Mysigt och familjärt boende

Mysigt och välhållet lägenhetshotell som passade oss perfekt. 10 -15 minuters promenad till härliga Portopetro. Grön trädgård, fina utemöbler, bra pool. Bil är bra om man vill utforska stränder och omgivning.

Nous avons aimé la taille humaine de cet établissement. Petit appartement avec balcon, mais manque des équipements dans la cuisine et pas facile de cuisiner. L'insonorisation n'est pas suffisante si vous avez, comme nous, des voisins très peu discrets. peu de monde à la piscine, résidence assez calme dans l'ensemble, hormis la route en contrebas avec des bus de touristes... Cependant, rapport qualité/prix correct.

Me gusto la tranquilidad qué hay. Si bien estaba completo la piscina nunca estaba abarrotada y podías descansar en las tumbonas. La zona donde se encuentra también es muy tranquilo. La atención por parte de la recepción excelente. Siempre atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier inconveniente. La relación precio calidad más que bien. El aire acondicionado perfecto! La tb si bien es pequeña ok también. El servicio de limpieza día por medio con recambio de toallas muy Bueno, el personal, muy respetuoso. La única cosa que mejoraría un poco sería agregar algunos utensilios de cocina como un rallador, una cuchilla grande, tal vez un pelador. Lo demás perfecto!

Ett mindre lägenhetshotell mittemellan Porto Petro och Cala dór. Tyckte om hotellet och den familjära stämningen mer och mer för var dag som gick. En bra liten frukostbuffé. Vår favoritby blev Porto Petro, som vi promenerade ner till varje kväll för att äta middag på någon av restaurangerna.
