“櫃台經理的態度非常惡劣，如果你不讓他敲你一筆的話，請他們幫忙叫local taxi到機場都不肯。早餐餐廳也非常陰暗，食物內容貧乏單調，亦無蔬菜可吃。飯店本身極小，附近環境也很差，與飯店所要求的價格完全不符。整體來說只能說是三星的旅館。”

“The hotel is in a great spot in the city, close to the airport and really close to the train station. Excellent service by staff. They even upgraded me to a nice suite. I reached late at night I could get food from room service. I have stayed here multiple times and I would definitely book again. ”

“It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. I had my best night’s sleep in 8 days in India and that was most welcome. Breakfast was straightforward and simple. It is in many ways like any other……

“I stayed for 4 days. Didn’t get a chance to dine-in, so not sure of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance from the city center and all its attractions. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It’s easy to catch an auto from the front of the hotel. The location is slightly sketchy. ”

“This is a well kept small hotel set back into the jungle, about five minutes away from Trivandrum, with the sounds of native birds filling the air in the morning and evening. The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful tropical views, and the staff very accommodating.”

“My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for. I particularly appreciated the room being mosquito proof, meaning all mesh over ventilation openings were perfectly secure. Restaurant staff were particulary thoughtful and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant stay at The Jasmine Palace.”
