“The staff did their best to help the guests and keep the hotel clean. It is a small hotel but the rooms were a good size. The entrance seems tight but they make it work.”

“We really loved our stay at Luciano K. The hotel has so much charm, and even though it’s in a historic building, everything felt updated, clean, and easy. The room was beautiful, quiet, and very restful with no street noise at all. “Very good & convient location, help staff & money for value”

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. “Staff was great, helped with an extra late check in and check out (providing snacks at checkout since we wouldn't be able to have breakfast). Organizing a ride to and from the airport was also easy through them. Room was clean but a bit dark and squeeky floors. Good stay overall”
