「I booked this place and paid the nighly rate plus a this insurance for “property damage” and i never got to stay. I started messaging the host for info for my arrival a week before and he never answered. So I decided to contact Vrbo and they gabe me a case number and told to wait til the check in time so they can scalate the issue. So i packed and went to the property with my family.
