“Excellent hotel! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and great service. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. This was my third time staying at this location, and every visit has been consistently outstanding. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return again.”

“There was no hot water at all I was showering in cold water for days. The hot top has no hot water in it at all it is cold. I was also not aware I had to climb 4-5 flight of stairs with my lounge. I”

“The place needs some maintenance. For example, I had to use a wire clothes hanger to create a way to hold the shower head up, since the anchors were ripped out of the wall.”

“My expectations of this hotel from what I observed on the advertisement were totally different. It was rundown, needs updating. There was a window panel missing in the bathroom where constant bugs and flies would come into the room. The doors were extremely squeaky. The patio door had gaps all around the molding. The front desk hosts were very cold. Anything that you bought extra had to be paid upfront could not be added to your room, which was inconvenient to have to go back to your room to get……

“The hotel is literally emblematic, just the history alone makes the stay worth it. All the staff was very friendly, the location couldn’t be better, just keep in mind the guy who built the city, this was he’s house!! The whole zona colonial was very safe and fun many attractions to see. The hotel has a DJ in the pool area for chill not too loud afternoons. Everything about this hotel was amazing. I’ve traveled around the world and this is definitely in my top 10 hotels.”

La ubicación excelente todo queda bien cerca el parque Colón 200 pies . El súper a unos 5 minutos los museos todo y lo mejor las noches con sus luces y restaurantes . Lo recomiendo al 100 es como la 5 vez que voy y esta fui por 15 días lo mejor”

“Such a beautiful and well-kept small hotel. Most of the staff were super nice and helpful; I only had some issues with the check with the initial receptionist who kept getting upset with me for irrelevant things but it seems she was upset that I knew Spanish and was confronting her for her attitude... other than that the general staff was amazing, rooms were clean and tidy. The included breakfast was delicious and we even purchased extra items throughout our stay since they have a nice bar and……

“I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room……
