The place is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the family suite. I believe it’s called with the mini pool. You can’t beat the view and the staff was very nice. They let us check in early and in the morning before our taxi to the ferry they provided breakfast for us even before they opened. The staff was absolutely great.

This place is incredible! The view is second to none, the staff were friendly and attentive and the room was amazing. We had the private pool which suited our needs and the porch area was perfect for relaxing, tanning and eating a meal. Complimentary breakfast was provided, and as soon as you leave the room you are in the middle of shopping and restaurants. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place was AWESOME. Our honeymoon suite with hot tub room was 2 levels below the restaurant and had the most gorgeous view. Bed was new and super comfy, the room wasn’t big, but big enough for the 2 of us and the shower was cool in the cave. AC was great and hot tub was amazing. Included breakfast was delicious with an huge variety to choose from and we ate outside on the table next to the hot tub every morning, staring at the sea and landscape. Paradise. The price was very reasonable and we didn’t expect this level of beauty and comfort. Used the hot tub a lot too. Staff were amazing, especially Krystallia, who helped us with just about everything. The location is perfect as it’s right in the heart of Fira, yet the rooms were super quiet (this was our concern but it worked out and we never heard a peep from the action happening above us). Great spot and worth every penny!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was very professional and kind, they help me prepare a surprise for my 20th wedding anniversary and they were always happy to help with questions and luggage’s. The hotel is well situated in Fira, close to all the shops and the bus station. The view of the Caldera from our room was incredible with beautiful sunset view from our own private jacuzzi and the good breakfast served at your room every morning. It was an amazing experience. We are very happy to have selected this hotel. We recommend it highly.

This is one of our best experiences in many years. The hotel has excellent location overlooking the bay. The room with superb views, the nice courtyard and open-air hot tub all exceeded our expectations. In addition the staff were fantastic, courteous and thoughtful. Breakfast was served on table next to the open-air jacuzzi. They also treated us with a cocktail upon our arrival. Highly recommended! 5/5 10/10 stars.
