“This was a very sweet property owned by a family as it was their grandparents former home. Now run by 2 sisters who are lovely and kind, this charming home has multiple rooms and quaint grounds. Our room was. Wet spacious with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, living room and mint refrigerator and amenities. Everyone on the property was kind and helpful with a smile. “Fantastic hotel overall. Perfect location with the best pool in Pollença, right in the middle of the beachfront with all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was excellent, definitely one of the best I’ve had, as it had everything (fruit, yoghurt, full cooked, continental, cereal, etc). Staff were very helpful, which is good as the only thing which let us down was our air conditioning didn’t work for the first two nights. Once we reported it, it was fixed the next morning. “This is a resort hotel with an excellent range of central facilities and activities. The whole operation is extremely well managed. All the staff are excellent, but particularly the waiting staff, who were amazing. The suites are large and well designed. The all-inclusive deal (early May) was excellent value for money. “The Flora is beautifully maintained, clean and well-equipped. Location is perfect, very near seafront and main town square and yet lovely & quiet. Staff are lovely, very helpful and hotel shuttle to airport was very well-priced. Only niggle for us was the beds - extremely firm and not that comfortable. ”
