“la location dell'Hotel è magnifica: proprio sul mare (di trasparenza spettacolare) ed al centro di Pulsano Marina (edicola, farmacia, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze). Il Direttore è stato gentilissimo nel raccogliere la nostra richiesta di una camera più spaziosa. Il personale è stato sempre garbato e pronto a dare le informazioni richieste. Il servizio spiaggia, con accesso la mare molto agevole, è ben organizzato ed efficiente. ”

“Bella struttura a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal primo lido disponibile. Stanza un po' piccola e bagno a tetris (il bidet era tra la doccia e il water), ma tutto molto pulito e piuttosto nuovo. Bellissima piscina al centro. Buona colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono”

“We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. For us just getting to……

“When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English ”

“The Salento Winery Lodge has so much potential but there seems to be a few teething problems with staffing, processes and infrastructure. We had no working WiFi for the duration of our stay (3 days), the bath in the junior suite looks very welcoming, but the water wasn’t hot or powerful enough to be able to run a warm, let alone hot, bath. There were issues with the timing of our room being cleaned/not cleaned each day, and there was general disorganisation with staff during breakfast with……
