「First time in Rio and we enjoyed our hotel. Is has everything you could possibly need. Room was left cleaned everyday and the staff were all friendly. We had great A/C and that’s always a plus. Will book this same hotel at our next visit.」

「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」

「Excellent customer service. The room was comfy, cool, and spacious. Awesome rooftop pool with bar. The breakfast was large with a variety of cold and hot options, pastries, fruit, and fresh juices. Right off the beach with included beach chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend!」

「best location in the beach, but need renovation」

「Bad service, book 3 days, after one day need I register again, and the servicer couldn’t understand my word. Bad bad bad hotel, never go again」

「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」
